Briarwood Meadows is a large residential community located in Warwick, Rhode Island. The community was initially developed in 1990 and added to between 1995 and 2006. Construction was completed at 31 buildings consisting of 552 units. The final phase of construction included a state of the art Clubhouse with an expansive gym, an indoor pool and a clubroom that was completed in 2007.
Our one-bedroom residences are 700 square feet and rich in amenities. Each unit offers a fully-applianced kitchen, a separate utility room with a washer and dryer and your own patio or balcony. Our traditional plan offers 1,000 square feet of luxury. Each residence features a fully-applianced kitchen, two full baths and a bright open floor plan.

We lived at Briarwood for almost two years before buying our first house, and I absolutely loved it here. Our unit was completely renovated before we moved in, so everything was brand new and clean. The units are a great size and have a good amount of storage space. You can hear everything going on the hallway, but other than that, it’s extremely quiet. We hardly ever heard our upstairs neighbor and never heard the neighbor to the side of us. Every unit has a balcony which is a great feature. The grounds are so well kept, and snow is always plowed and shoveled early. There’s more than enough

I have lived here for a year now, and I have enjoyed living here. So much that I am renewing my lease for another year. The apartments are a good size, the grounds are well kept, and for the most part it is quiet.
Some downsides are that for anyone coming over, be it your friends or delivery, it can be confusing to find your way around. No pets, to my knowledge as this was told to me when i signed my lease, are allowed.
Overall, this place is a great place to live and the rent is not bad either.
