My switch was not charging at all so we went to GameStop to see if they could tell us if it was a charging cord issue. We came to ITC to see if it was a hardware issue and the guys working were so helpful. They informed us that our charger has water damaged and that the switch was okay. ITC did not charge us anything for the diagnostics. We will definitely come back in the future for any of our gaming and computer issues

Once again, Frank did a great job with my Mac Mini. I ended up having faulty memory and Frank upgraded and replaced the memory all within a day! In this day and age, you absolutely can't find more outstanding service than with these guys! If you ever have any computer problem, these are the guys to go to!

Fast and friendly. I went in about a week ago because my laptop took a dive on me overnight and I couldn't figure out why. Unfortunately 99% of my job requires my PC so I was literally dead in the water without it. I called these guys up and brought my laptop in. They fixed everything for $95.00 and did so within a 2 hour timeframe. And they even backed up my all my files without me asking them to. Saved my day! Thanks again and all future business I am bringing their way.

This place was awesome! I literally took a tufting gun (gun to make rugs) for some wire soldering with wires and they did it! It was very cheap and both gentlemen in the store were very helpful and nice. Any electronic you have issues with, please take it to them and they will also check it out at no charge. 5 stars and if I could I would give it more because they care about their customers.

My go to computer repair shop. This time I asked Frank to install a brand new RTX 3070 graphics card. He recommended to upgrade the case to a bigger one. One that can also accommodate more fans since the RTX3070 will generate more heat. My son was ecstatic when he saw his new Gaming PC in a bigger and better case. Frank at ITC, once again, came through with an excellent job.

I had a USB port stop working in my computer that I use solely for work and can't work without it. I called ITC and they had me bring it in. In just a couple hours, they were able to tell me what the problem was and ways I could work in the meantime using other ports since the problem was with a chip on the motherboard and would be very expensive to fix. I was able to get the accessories they suggested and avoid paying a hefty price!! When I picked up my computer, they were able to show me and explain to me in detail what the issue was.

ITC is the BEST! . . My Mac internal hard drive was dying with thousands of dollars of software on it that I would loose if the drive died. Too important to try too fix myself. ITC listened to all my issues, started working on it right away and kept me up to date on the progress, cost and projected finish. First they backed up my entire 1tb drive to an external drive, then migrated ALL of my software to a brand new internal drive! To make this more challenging, my valuable software can only run on an old OS, so they loaded a fresh version of my old OS. They saved all of my software & files, with

I was on travel and my hard drive crashed. The message was use your boot disk or call the manufacturer. I took it to Frank at ITC. They completed the work in just over day, replacing the hard drive with a new and larger hard drive and all of my file were intact. I just had to reset-up my e-mail and reload some software and it was like it never crashed. The price was very reasonable, the turn around was fast, the work was excellent and customer service was great. i highly recommend ITC!

Spilled Hennessy on my MacBook (smh) it turned completely off and I wasn't able to use it. I brought the MacBook in to ITC Technology Solution and they were able to get me bac in order. I would recommend this spot if you need an affordable solution to your drunk activities . They also got my MacBook bac to me in a timely manner, much appreciated.

Frank definitely has my business in the future. My MacBook Air's screen was damaged and Frank did a phenomenal job on the repair.
I went to Best Buy and Apple to see what quotes I could get. Not only was it hard to get them on the phone, but their prices were absolutely ridiculous and the repair was expected to take 6-8 weeks! That's the rest of my semester down the drain.
Frank did the job for a fraction of the cost and had my screen repaired in a matter of DAYS. As a full time student during COVID where everything has moved to online instruction, Frank was truly an

I am a digital tech nerd but not trained in computer repair, programming, or advanced tech. I have been fortunate to have a friend who's overly qualified in a professional careers at Microsoft. But he is far and I don't like taking up his time.
