I have a touchscreen laptop so when it cracked on the corner I was worried about the prices and if it could be fixed at all. Fortunately for me I found A-1 Computer. I first picked them of course because they have good reviews and they have been in service for more years than other places I had checked out so they were way more knowledgeable as well. My experience with them was 5+ . They respond right away and know what they are talking about and dont tell you a bunch of stuff just to get a client. I truly felt I was being told the best options as well as more than one option so I wasn't stuck

I cannot thank Bob and A1 computer service enough!!! I am an industrial refrigeration technician and received a service call from one of my customers. When I arrived the plant was down due to the failure of the main control computers power supply. Nothing was open that early in the morning but I searched google and A1 popped up and said they were open (6:30am). I called, Bob answered, told him what I needed and within an hour I had the parts in my hand. I got the plant back up and running and back in production. A1 Computer service literally saved my customer $3.6 MILLION in down time that day

Called A1 computers at 9 am to fix a broken screen on a laptop, set up a meeting at 11:30 am and had my fixed computer back to me by 2:15 pm.

My laptops hard drive was completely wrecked and that same morning I explained the issue to the guy over the phone. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in what he’s doing and was super kind. Within a few hours my laptop was picked up, fixed and made even better than when bought, and returned to me for a great price based on the work needed. 10/10 would recommend for fast helpful service. The guy is also very nice and friendly.
