Steve Allen came with the crew to introduce the crew manager and the workers. The crew was very concerned about what flowers and bushes should be saved when they are moved. As they began excavating, the excess dirt was taken off site. This company uses a method of applying a coating which dries to rubber, and installing a layer of material to allow the water to run away from the foundation.

Mike came to my house and gave an honest assessment on the state of our foundation.
No only that we probably saved thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs recommended by other contractors. He gave easy to follow advice on how to maintain our basement with supplies from Home Depot.
All of this was free of charge.
I will be recommending Integrity Waterproofing to all of our friends. If we do have a problem in the future we'll definitely be calling Integrity.

Mike Allen came to my house twice to try and determine the cause of water in my crawlspace. He provided a very fair estimate but suggested i might consider encapsulation and referred me to a company that performs that type of work. I couldn't be more impressed with my experience with Mike and his company.

Do NOT use this company. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Got a job done with them. Not only that the problem I had still there, now they're telling me I might need a different job done and I have to pay for it again. If we're lucky to get in contact with them....THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. Very frustrated and regret using them.

Steve and his team did an amazing job waterproofing my basement. I had ground water coming in half of my basement so I decided to call Steve for a quote. He was very thorough with looking over my basement and gave me a detailed over view of what the problem was and how they fix it.
Steve’s team did a fantastic job, I was amazed by how fast they were and how clean they kept the job site. They always answered my questions in detail and were a pleasure just to be around. After they finished up my yard looks virtually the same as it did before they started.

A little over two years ago I purchased two sump pumps from Steve that came with 5 year warranty for a substantial amount of money. The pump switches have failed many times and eventually get replaced with a new pump. However, since the beginning of December when both pumps failed, I have been ignored by Steve. I’ve contacted him several times without any reply. I think that Steve has grown tired of replacing the pumps, which I can understand because I am also tired of them failing. Meanwhile, the water from my underground spring below my basement continues to threaten to flood my house. Very

About 12 years ago, we hired Integrity to waterproof our basement, which allowed streams of water to run through it during heavy rains. The initial results were good, though we did notice wet spots on one side of the basement. I called Integrity and its owner came to the house, commented on how dry the basement smelt and blew off the wet spots. Recently we sold the house and the new owners' inspector reported that a basement wall was bowed in, something that should have been fixed during the waterproofing. Our basement was having water issues and we had 3 companies out to give us quotes. The first two agreed we had an issue and wrote fairly high quotes to waterproof our basement. Steve came and told us that he doesn't believe it's a waterproofing issue but something else and didn't believe waterproofing would help. As it turns out it was a small leak in a pipe that needed to be repaired. Had we gone through with the waterproofing we would have wasted thousands of dollars. While I didn't actually use Integrity's services they will always be the first company I call or recommend

My husband and I moved into our newly-renovated home in University Heights this spring, and immediately noticed heavy water seepage into our basement, which revealed existing damage to the foundation that had been painted over by the previous owner.
