It has been 6 months since Sferra Waterproofing has water proofed our basement. With all of the rain that we had this past Spring and Summer, our basement has been dry without any issues. We are very happy with how it turned out. The team was very friendly and just great to work with!

Hire this company if you like bad cement jobs, spending multiple hours cleaning-up, and grown men helping themselves to your kitchen.
Sferra Waterproofing was hired to waterproof my basement 8/3/2021 through 8/6/2021. Total payment was $8,900. Main complaints:
- Company arrived an hour late everyday, scheduled 7:30am (owner bragged about punctuality), but arrived between 8:15am and 8:30am.
- Cement job in basement was rushed and sloppy. An additional day was needed to perform quality cement work, but company decided to finish a day early so that the son of the owner (1 of 3 employees) could

This company is simply stellar. You cannot ask for a better, more knowledgable crew when it comes to basement waterproofing. They are clean, and professional, and they all work together incredibly well. John was magnificent at communication. He hit a snag in our basement, finding a rather large hole in the bottom of our old cast iron pipe, and he was able to replace it and plumb in new pipes for us. This crew is multitalented to say the least.
Incredibly friendly, affordable, professional, great communication, and trustworthy. John and his guys are amazing. Cannot recommend them enough.

Vince and his dad, John, have superb people skills that made me feel comfortable because they took the time to explain. The price was reasonable too. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I called Sferra Waterproofing when I was trying to find the company that waterproofed our basement previous to our owning it. I moved into my house 2 years ago and noticed cracks and settling getting worse over those two years. I called around to every waterproofing company I could.
I spoke with John Sferra, and he came to my home within an hour of my original phone call to take a look. He walked all through my basement, and relieved my worries. He said everything looked normal, and there really wasn't anything I needed to be concerned with.

John and his crew did a great job installing their basement waterproofing system in my basement. I had water coming in during heavy rain on two of my basement walls. John came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate and he was on time on the date we scheduled the work to be done. These guys were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to answer my questions as they worked. They got the work done quickly and it looks great! After meeting John Sferra (the owner) and talking to him for a few minutes, it was clear that he knew his profession well and was passionate about it. Sferra Waterproofing are crafstman of their trait and carry out their work as such. From the beginning to the end, John and his son, Vincent, went above and beyond to do their job and treat my Wife and I fairly. John walked me through the work I needed done and suggested the best route to complete it. Their pricing is incredibly fair and competitive to other quotes.
