I have been on 2 ends of deals with Biel Partners. The first was as a tenant in a property they manage. They were a breeze to work with, everything was straightforward, no hidden fees, or language in the lease, no bs, just straightforward, easy deal, very open communication. The second was after I outgrew that space, I used them as a broker to help find a new place. Again, straightforward, easy to work with, great communication in helping me find a new place. Could not recommend Jerrod, and the guys at Biel more.
