Shrink Wrapping is an easy and cost effective way to seal your product in an appealing, tamper resistant manner. With 36 years of experience and several machines, including semi-automatic L-bars and an automatic high-speed continuous motion sealer, we have the know-how and the technology to take on your next high or low volume Shrink Wrapping project.
Our two new ADCO horizontal end load carton machines are the solution for your new product launch or long or short term production runs. These continuous motion machines are capable of sealing a wide range of carton sizes at speeds of up to 60 cartons per minute. These machines were designed with flexibility and portability in mind, making them ideal for the most demanding production runs.
We offer over 50,000 square feet of flexible on-demand warehousing without requiring a long-term lease. This option allows our clients to directly benefit from underutilized capacity, minimizing risk of overflow during peak season or adjusting to rapid growth. Our skilled and experienced warehouse staff is eager to assist in your warehousing needs.
We have adopted 4 pillars in regards to Fulfillment Services. Order fulfillment: Deliver correct products to the correct place in the correct time frame. Logistics: Manage the flow of goods and information along the supply chain. Front end operations: Receive order, Packaging and CSR. Back end: Logistics, Accounting and Inventory.
Quality is everyone's responsibility at A-1 Creative Packaging. We are very proud to offer complete traceability, full documentation and accurate compliance to our customers' specifications. The quality and accuracy of our products are monitored throughout the production process. We check lines hourly according to ISO standards and have successfully passed several audits administered by major retailers.
