We called Doug for some T.V. remote issues. He really helped us out. He was able to program our components using our existing remote. We are now returning the equipment we thought we needed which will save us us a good amount of money. He is very good at what he does. He solved our problem quickly at a very reasonable price. He is friendly and has a great attitude.

Doug and his team at Computer Pros really know what they are doing. They helped me install a modem and router that I had purchased so I could avoid the $14 monthly charge from Comcast I'll break even on this (equipment plus installation) in 18 months but meanwhile I have much faster equipment that completely covers my house. Doug made this transition easy!

It's been a nightmare trying to find a good computer guy.
I'd like to think I'm decent with computers, but still have to rely on the pro sometimes.
I have 5 computers, and I think ½ of them are different versions of Windows.
I've had about 10 different unique issues and he's always able to resolve them.

Doug was the best! I sent him a photo of what equipment I had, he reviewed
and tracked down what was needed to complete my project. He scheduled an installation, once I received the necessary equipment. He arrived with all the tools he needed, listened to my concerns then met them,

I used Yelp to help find an internet savvy guy to improve the wiring and network in our home. Of the six I contacted, four responded but only one said they could do the work and that was Computer Pros. Doug came by on a Saturday for the estimate. By Sunday late night, I had an itemized estimate in my inbox and shortly after he was on site running diagnostics on all our existing cables and wires and then building a secure and more expansive network.

If you're looking for reliable and quality, this is it. Free diagnosis, and even better was how fast and affordable it was to have my laptop repaired. During the diagnosis, Doug ordered a new keyboard for my laptop. I couldn't type without the dash symbol streaming at 9 miles per nanosecond across where I needed to type. After dropping off my computer he called within a couple hours to pick it back up.

I would absolutely give Doug at Computer Pros a million stars if I could! I was desperate so I texted him at 6:00 am! He promptly replied. I couldn't get my computer to him until 4:00 pm that day which was prior to a major national holiday, but he still agreed to help me. He worked most of the next day (did I mention this was a holiday?) and returned my computer earlier than I had asked. Finding a pro like Doug is like finding a treasure in the field of life! I'm here in Monterey as a travel nurse. I turn on my laptop and who knows what is wrong with it. I call Doug and leave a message. He calls back very quickly, tells me what he can do, and then is at my complex picking the computer up. He calls me at night with his estimate. I get a text in the morning stating its fixed and he'll stop by later. It's running great, fixed fast, and charged what he quoted. I was dreading getting my laptop fixed. I had even thought of getting a new one just so I wouldn't have to deal with an outrageous repair fee but Doug is a nice, honest
