Jessie Wilkins is why I am still able to use a computer with comfort. He's the technical support we all wish to have.
1. He seems to know everything about the software and hardware and prices.
2. He makes an appointment to come to our house within a day or three at the most.
3. He stays a long time until he had answered all my questions and issues.
4.Additionally he'll work by phone or by text for any short-term issues/questions I have.
5. He's tall and nimble and can easily get to the backside of the hardware which is too difficult for me.
6. Most importantly he let me drive my decisions

I just got my laptop back after it being in the shop for two weeks. The guy originally estimated two days. He said it was a quick fix.
A week later, with no word and no one answering my calls, I visit the shop again. The same guy has literally just started on my computer. He gives me the reason it isnt working and tells me how easy it will be to fix. He gives me a quote and i accept.
Fastforward to today. I walk into the shop again. After no comfirmation calls or any retutn calls at all to find my computer is done but they were completely unable to save any data and they have lost my original

Jesse is a busy man, but if you don't mind waiting, and the wait is really not too long, it is well worth the wait. He is very knowledgeable, and explains what he is doing and how it affects the system in plain and understandable language. He made a home call for my computer, and for the time that he had spent on getting it to where it functioned properly, it was well worth the cost.

We were very pleased with the repair of our iMac. We had dead hard drive and no backups( yes, I'm an idiot for this part!). This machine is crucial for my wife's business and livelihood. All sorts of files, client lists, billing info, pricing, expenses, etc, etc. We debated on whether to drive to the Apple Los Gatos store, but our web manager gave this place a high rec.
Anyhow, we were really concerned about the disc drive replacement and a hopeful recovery process. It took three days, but all was restored at reasonless price ---we are very satisfied!
Note-only minor issue was the blue tooth

When my computer's dc jack suddenly broke, I needed help quick. Matt and all the people at Computer Center Santa Cruz went above and beyond. After looking at what had happened and determining that it was not a part that could be repaired, they could have simply called and told me that there was nothing they could do and take the $50 diagnostics fee. Instead, Matt used ingenuity to puzzle together a fix. He fully explained that there is no warranty or even guarantee that this will last a long time, but I don't care. I have a computer that works again. If he hadn't gone above and beyond, I'd be shopping

These people are wonderful! They know their subject extremely well, they charge fair prices, they're friendly, and they answer my naive questions without talking down to me. When a problem is simple and can be fixed in a few seconds, they might do it for free. That's quite a contrast to the chain stores that charge a LOT just to open your laptop. I live near Sacramento but have friends near Santa Cruz, so if my machine needs attention, I just bring it here on my next trip. It's worth it to me to bring it here because I know for sure that I'm dealing with people who are honest, knowledgeable, thorough
