It's been a long time since I've been this offended, and I don't usually leave bad reviews being a business owner myself but this was necessary..... I have a business checking account with Key Bank, which has a relatively sizeable sum of money in it and I walked into this branch and ask them to service my monthly distribution check which for those of you who don't know is my income, and they refused to cash the check because of the sum of money. I was told anything over $5000 has to be ordered. She then informed me, on a Monday mind you, that she would be able to order the money for me on Thursday
