Colorado Primary Health Care proudly serves the Littleton community as an internal medicine and primary care practice. Our entire medical team is happy to have the honor of serving so many wonderful patients in the area of internal medicine, a medical specialty which focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of nonsurgical conditions in adults.
Your primary care doctor is your ally in maintaining your health. A primary care doctor will help you prevent illness, detect it before it becomes serious, and help you get the right care for any illness or condition. A primary care doctor is someone you will see regularly, year in and year out, so they should be considered carefully.
If you need rapid care for a non-life-threatening injury or illness, you should first seek treatment with your primary care doctor, or a doctor who could become your primary care doctor. Urgent care clinics are an important part of our healthcare system, but they should be reserved for when and where you are unable to see your regular doctor.
If you or your child needs a sports physical to participate in any type of athletics this year, we can help. We can schedule a sports physical that will be comprehensive and convenient. There are significant health benefits to participating in any type of athletics, but there are also significant health risks as well.
Colorado Primary Health Care now offers a comprehensive care program with capabilities of treating the 'whole patient' while also providing addiction services. Consultation with patient to determine treatment level (CPHC will work with your current provider to get you moved over smoothly).

Writing this on behalf of my brother who is a regular patient here. He found out he had COVID and has some health problems that his doctor knows about. He called asking to speak to the doctor or someone at the practice and they flat out refused telling him they were booked and told him to just quarantine and if he doesn’t feel well go to the ER. And his symptoms are not good.
Our family is out of state and to know my brother, who is a regular patient at this practice, is getting treated like this when he has COVID and we can’t help him is very unsettling. Shame on this practice.

They are horrible at returning your calls or even following up with their patients!
I called them for one straight week asking for them to check their emails about a prescription written by them that my pharamacy had asked for them to approve and nobody at the office has even cared to
Follow up with or even return a phone call after ive left several messages with front staff and office manager ! I do not recommend this office and have very poor customer service and patient care .

2/16/21: Rating a different company brought me back to this review (below) and I felt it prudent for future patients considering utilizing this office to point out that the response from Colorado Primary Health Care to my post was completely erroneous. I had been seeing either Maureen or Andy on a regular basis; it had not been four years. When I made this specific appointment, I requested a full physical, not a 15 minute appointment. Not only bad practice, but dishonest.
I’ve posted and re-posted after different experiences both positive and negative.

Beware of this practice!!! I hardly ever post bad reviews but I feel I have been more than patient with this facility. I finally reached my wits end with them today! I recently have broken my toe, went to the ER had multiple Xrays done. They confirmed there it was a fractured toe. They advised me to contact my Pcp to do a follow up. I contacted Colorado Primary Health care to schedule an appointment. The pain, swelling and bruising had become progressively worse. You can never get in to meet with Dr Fine because he's never there. They force you to meet with the incompetent Nurse Practitioners.

I had my very first appointment here today with Dr. Fine, and am left feeling uncomfortable, try to explain the experience as "it all happened so fast," and now I understand why some people are so turned off by doctors (up until now I have had amazing doctors that bring a personal touch, attempt to know me as a person, explain everything going on, lay out options, try to educate, etc.). Reading through other reviews, I completely agree with the way Dr. Fine exudes stress and an attitude that makes you feel like you're a burden for being there. I already cancelled the follow-up appointment I made

Do yourself a favor and check on the DORA website before seeing your physician, especially here.
I have been seeing Andy Fine for years and I really should have stepped up and stood up for myself sooner, that was my mistake. Andy Fine is disrespectful, discriminatory and rude. He is also incapable of fulfilling his job duties correctly. Not only has he been an absolutely miserable doctor to see (treating me horribly, not listening, making mistakes while recording my medical history, refusing to give me a referral to a nutritionist to help me with weight loss) , but he recently gave me a diagnosis

Though I generally have a good experience w Dr Fine, despite the other reviews....I have to say, I just received a bill for $10.00 (copay) which please keep in mind, all appointments have been virtual, that being said this bill was sent to collections! After my last “appointment” w Dr Fine, he told me he’d have the office call. They never did. At any given time this office could’ve called to get my payment. They did not! Why???? Instead you send me to collections??? Very poor.
