Annie's Gluten-Free Bakery is a wholesale gluten-free bakery located in Shirley, Massachusetts. We bake incredible gluten-free desserts, breads, breakfast pastries, and pizza crusts. Our products can be found in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut at specialty stores and restaurants. You don't have to be gluten-free to love our goodies.

After years spent as a newspaper publisher, graphic designer, and marketing professional, I decided to pursue my passion - gluten-free baking! Inspired by an article I read in "Edible Boston" magazine, I quit my job, went to culinary school at Boston University, and started a new business. I was diagnosed with celiac disease over twenty years ago.

Had an amazing restaurant experience at 110 Grill because they have the most abundant gluten free menu I have ever seen and when my server offered a gluten free roll, I had to take a chance. The roll was warm, crusty, and tender on the inside as well as delicious! I asked my server where it was from, and the answer, as it turns out is--- Annie's G-F buttermilk rolls from Shrewsbury MA!

Annie and her team of bakers are awesome. The cake they made for our dad's 50th birthday was sublime - you'd never know it had no gluten, and you'd also have no idea it didn't come from crazy cake shop in downtown Boston! Her service was exemplary, and the dessert was sublime - a total 5-star experience. Just be sure that when you're driving there, you keep a close eye out for it - it's in an industrial park, and if you're not looking for the sign, you'll miss it!
