I spent a lot of time here when my car started giving trouble out of no where (it was old and getting high in mileage). I had an awesome experience with Chris and the others they were all very good on their customer service. I would recommend they brush up on returning calls as promised though I do understand it was the holiday and they were busy. My low rating is not for the customer service reps but more so the mechanics who allowed me to drive off their lot the day before thanksgiving with a car that was not drivable. That messed my entire weekend I had no vehicle for work and not able to speak

After going to an area dealership and getting the diagnostic report for a battery alert and received an estimate of repairs that was higher then I could afford at that time, I contacted Foreign Affairs to see what there cost would be. They performed their own diagnostic test and came up with the same results, and recommended a mileage service that was overdue..with all that needed to be done...the cost was much lower and they recommended a financing option which helped me out tremendously! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly!

Great experience.
I had problem starting the Volva and before coming to Foreign Affairs I tried two different services.
The fix was done and for two weeks I didn’t have a problem. Then it came back.
I made an appointment with Klaus and he was very professional.
He predicted what the issue was and estimated a cost. The issue was exactly what he sad it might be.
My vehicle is now driving wonderfully. I will definitely come back here for vehicle service and tell my friends
about this place.

My service manager, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the extent of the repair and the associated costs. He also was timely in communicating to me when the car was ready. I have been using Foreign Affairs for over 8 years on 2005 BMW Z4. I trust them immensely and their costs for repairs always beat the dealership!

I wouldn’t recommend this shop for anything but a quick service/maintenance. I brought my 2003 760li to them with an intermittent limp mode issue that they could not resolve. The first time I dropped it off, they claimed the issue was a faulty alternator and/or thermostat. The repair was completed in about a week and 2 days after picking up the car, I had the same issues. I brought the car back a second time for more diagnosing. Some work was performed but nothing fixed the problem. At this point, my car had been there for 4 months and 2 weeks.
