Response to Mr. Dial's request for me to contact him: I tried to contact you in person to get my records, but you grabbed them out of my hands pushing me resulting in my having to call the police and wait for the police to come just to get MY own records. I might add that they were in a horrid mess thanks to you! Please just leave me alone!

Found Stephen Dial on the internet, not many reviews but first call gave me alot of assurance they cared. helping me with communicating with medical and insurance professionals along with documented follow up has given me the most relief. Friendly staff and Mr Dial available for tough questions. My recovery and treatment is always at the forefront of every call. Its so obvious they care, and you can't fake that. I would refer them to anyone with a work comp our personal injury, without hesitation.

If I could rate this firm, I would give it a 0 for the following reasons:
-if your website, and I quote, states, "Rely on 30 years of experience, in this field, in the state of California. Employees with claims that involve employee rights or other issues at the workplace can feel confident with Dial & Associates PC on their side.", then don't tell your clients that you are unable to do it because you are a small law firm that does not handle such cases. It has Employment Law in Bold and has several bullets. If you have limits, put them on there and advertise correctly!
