We just purchased all white linen furniture from Restoration Hardware. I have two Persian cats and a husband who likes to eat while lounging on the furniture. He also tends to bleed very easily due to a medication he is on. After Fiber Sealing our furniture, I was able to get a blood stain out with the cleaner they left me. My Persian cats also tear a rust discharge and it’s easy to clean. The service is not inexpensive but worth the money of replacing the furniture. They also offer to come out and remove stains that I can’t remove which I have not had to use yet. I would have never purchased

I contacted Fiber Seal to apply a protective fabric seal to a new sectional that I just purchased. The owner was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to send his technician within a few days. The technician Jonathan was on time, professional and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the product and how to take care if a stain occurs. I would highly recommend this company- they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish!

I contacted Derrick and he rearranged their schedule to help me out. Jonathan out came out today and cleaned two bad pet stains from my brand new carpet- he did a great job. We used him and his service a few months ago to get out a bad coffee spill on this same new carpet- he got all of the stain out, with zero residue. Additionally, I hired him to seal the carpet and two new sofa sets and chairs. Very professional. Very friendly. Their service is simply awesome. They have a customer for life.

Jonathan and Gregory were punctual, very knowledgeable about carpet materials and very professional. Jonathan explained all charges and obtained my approval before starting service. They moved all lighter weight furniture and cleaned the carpeted areas on upstairs level of home and 2 large area rugs in living room and dining room.
I am very happy with their service and my carpet and rugs look so much better.
I highly recommend Fiber-Seal for all your floor cleaning needs. They will be coming back to deep clean the travertine stone floors.

Whatever happened with this company? I had always been super pleased but this time was not at all satisfactory. One technician performed a quick and superficial job that left my carpeting looking the same as before! This is so disappointing and I won't use Fiber Seal again.

Fiber-Seal cleaned and treated our carpets and sofas before we moved in two years ago. They come within a day if you have a spot you can't get out. And it works--spilled red wine on a light beige sofa came out without a trace! Just had our 2nd annual cleaning/treatment and it looks like new carpeting! Michael, the Fiber-Seal tech did a thorough and terrific job! Highly recommend you call Derek!

I could not be more pleased with the excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and overall positive experience I had with Fiber-Seal. I especially like that it is a family run business from a local family that has been in the area for 30 years. I had 3 runners and one area rug cleaned and they came out looking like new! Stains and spots removed, nicely sealed and wrapped and ready to go when they were promised. I just wish I found them sooner! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!
