Paul's is a family business Paul is a craftsman and teaches this dying art. They reupholstered our sectional Retro sofa. They did a great job so we had them reupholster the seats on our antique dining room chairs. Nice people, great job, great service.

Very good service and super nice employees. I also liked that they were taking covid precautions, whereas another place I called said, "wear a mask or not. We don't care" I immediately knew I wasn't going there! I ordered new foam inserts for my couch cushions and was able to pick them up a week later and they inserted them. Quality foam and comparable prices.

I needed repair on driver's seat on my vehicle. Company provided great customer service, great quality service, great price. Very satisfied. Thanks!

Paul did an amazing job on my two chairs. I highly recommend his work! Rosa was very professional and quick to respond to our requests on status. The entire job took less than 4 weeks. Our chairs are over 40 years old and Paul restored them just like new.

Went to the shop this past Friday, late morning, and spoke with both the father and the son. The son was the one in charge. I showed the son pics of my 2 couches and asked him how much fabric I would need. He told me 30 yards and sent me to Dorell to buy fabric. He said he would start working on the estimate. So far, so good. I went to Dorell and bought 30 yards of fabric. I told the son I had the fabric. In response to my question, he said he would have an estimate to me by 6:00 that evening. That was the last I ever heard from this company!!! It is now Tuesday, and I never received a estimate

Paul does first class work. He saved our umbrellas which were ripped up by Santa Ana winds. Paul went the extra mile to find fabric that matched the color. He made sure the repaired items looked like new. Im not surprised major establishments in The OC hire Paul for their jobs. His prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Just before Thanksgiving, I wanted my couch recovered before the company came. It was a disaster. I had purchased all the fabric that was left on the bolt. The salesperson told me the back and maybe sides would have to be done with another fabric.
I had found Paul's Upholstery a few years back, but hadn't had the opportunity to use them. They came to the house, picked up the couch for me. And son Paul thought maybe only the back would need a different fabric.
They recovered the couch easily within the timeframe I had requested and Paul senior figured how to do it with the fabric I had

I just finished an upholstery class through Santa Ana College. We met at Paul's shop and Paul was the instructor.

On the first night Paul gave us a handout with a TON of valuable information, including the best places to buy different products. I have purchased from three of those stores and they were all top-notch. They too spoke very highly of Paul.

This class was completely hands-on. You bring in a project and he directs each student on how to best approach their project. He based his directions on the previous background of each person. Since I had none he showed me the simplest

Detailed and the Upolstry popped. They also touched up the chrome. The red is sharp and fun.

Very happy with service provided.

I got Paul’s number off google for upholstery places near me. After a phone call, he appeared 5 minutes later and sorted my sofa as the stitching had come away. 5 star service. Would highly recommend this place.

I had a button that needed to be repaired that had come undone. I took the cushion and button in and was given a quote of $30 to repair it. I waited 20 minutes and it was repaired. Good as new. I would recommend him for upholstery repairs.

Paul's Upholstery did such a great job on my diningroom chairs! The turnaround time and price was very reasonable, and the quality is amazing. They turned out so beautifully, it really brought them up to date. The owner and staff were very helpful when it came to picking the fabric I was looking for. See before and afters in photos.

I found Paul's via Yelp. We have dining room chairs that we're about 20 years old made of birds eye maple from Stanley. The chairs were worn from after 3 kids using the dining table for homework etc. After looking at many samples we chose a patterned navy blue. I told Paul we needed the chairs by Xmas and they delivered! The dining chairs came out great! We are so happy that we are going to have Paul build us a duplicate captain chair.

Paul made me a one of a kind custom furniture. It came out great. Paul and his whole team are wonderful and kind people. I have gotten other furniture reupholster you other people and they aren't as good as Paul's work. I highly recommend for others to seek his work.

Paul and his family did a fantastic job re-upholstering our patio furniture and a couple indoor chairs. The quality is excellent, and the turnaround time was just what we needed. I am particularly impressed with their level of detail. Everything looks wonderful, and the price reasonable.

Customer Service:
Really bad at communicating. called the night before regarding item to pick up and they said to come by the shop at 10am the next morning for pick up. Great. I go at 10am the next day as discussed and no one is there. The shop is closed and no one is answering their phone. I leave after an half hour of trying to get ahold of someone and knocking on all doors. An hour later I get a call saying they have been there the whole time and to come back for my item now. I was upset because I was there and know they were not there and no answering any of their numbers they had given me
