Acram upholstered 6 chairs for me and did a wonderful job. The chairs were picked up and returned within 5 days. He communicated my options and helped me make an informed decision. During this supply/demand crisis, upholstery businesses have been tough to get a hold of and made it a challenge to get things done timely. I am so pleased with the transformation of my new counter stools! The old faux leather had been worn from daily use. I wanted to upgrade to a thicker quality leatherette and Acram went out of his way to find something that would work. He added extra padding, fixed the seating straps, and added trim. Incredible service, reasonable pricing, and timely completion make this a no-brainer 5 out of 5 stars. I absolutely love my new stools for the look and comfort. So glad I went to West Coast Seating and Upholstery. Thanks Acram for finding my choice leatherette and making the stools so comfortable!

Like another reviewer, my sofa cushions were worn out out from too much use during COVID. They changed the foam in the seat cushions and added additional filling to the back cushions. It's AMAZING! It's much better than even when it was new! I couldn't be more happy with both the appearance and how comfortable the sofa is. Loving it!

Acram took the covers off our sofa in early August and now into November it's still not done completely. The upholstery is lumpy and he lost pieces he still hasn't given me. He tried to make them by eye and they were not even close. I'm still waiting and it's one excuse or another.
I will never use this company and will tell everyone not to go here. He charged over $900 took the money and didn't finish. Pictures will show original pieces on right and what he made.

When I requested a quote for our sofa reconditioning, they responded my message and gave me a good quote. There was some miscommunication between us that made me very upset. The owner called me to explain the reason they couldn't show up on appointment. He said he would like to make a correction and offered the free service. I let him know that I would give him a chance to make a correction and we would pay him as our agreement.

Cram, the owner who was extremely friendly, professional and also much experienced, he help us with fabric choices and gave us his expertise opinions; Our saga and loveseat had been used for 30 years that fabric was old and torn, After his great work, my sofa, loveseat came back just like brand new, Acram even made several back seat pillows for free which he thought it should be have those; We are so pleased with his job and we will definitely refer to my friends; thank you Acram!

I was searching for a way to salvage my 2-year-old couch after overuse during the pandemic. I had a few cushions that were very pancake-like and a ripped zipper on one cushion. I found this shop on Yelp and visited 20 minutes before closing. After showing the owner my cushions he advised the easiest way to repair them and quickly repaired the zipper on one cushion while he described different foam densities and furniture construction. 5 at worse! Acram and West Coast seating guys were absolutely wonderful! Service is unmatched. We wanted a custom oversized California King headboard and they made our vision come to life! We got to pick our fabric, our colors and our designs for our new bed and it turned out Ahhhhmazzzing .
We decided to go with a luxury velvet in gray that should last us 10-15 years. The quality is unmatched, the professionalism is unmatched and Acram was so great to work with.
We will definitely use them again and again.
I would never go to a store again....it's custom for me!

I LOVE my "new" chairs! After searching high and low for fabric to cover just the bottom of my dining room chairs and getting a few quotes, I couldn't resist the high Yelp score here! Acram helped me with fabric choices and then asked why I wasn't just replacing the cushioning and keeping the existing fabric (hello! I didn't even think that was an option!) What a great company to do business with! We had some cushions for our travel trailer that we wanted remade and reupholstered. Alex not only was very quick with his response, he was patient with answering all our questions. He gave us ample fabric options and was knowledgeable about what our best options would be. When it came to remaking 2 of the cushions he even let us know they were in such good condition he didn't think they needed to be redone. Such honesty!
