Literally worse customer service. A lady answers the phone with a attitude and loves to put you on hold numerous times. Then when you have a specific questions, like the difference between 2 Carburetors she rather you guess the difference between the 2 instead of just informing you one which one you might have. If you ask for the part number they treat you like your a POS and tell you “why would I give you that information when I did all the work on my computer”. If customer service is important to you DO NOT go here

I have come here for numerous purchases over the years and as a family business they treat all like a member of the extended family. They are fair and provide a service that the big stores just can't. Nice shop. nice staff. great service. great equipment. great mechanics excellent prices !!!. Dan takes real good care of everyone. Highly recommend. Own a Landscape business and visit four seasons frequently. anyone with a bad experience here is not being reasonable. Dan does his best to accommodate everyone. He and his staff are very honest. This is a family owned business and they care about what they do and mostly about customers and their customer service.
