Called in to get a general consultation and establish what might be involved after a car accident with faulty airbags. I provided my first and last name contact information and then was asked for my address, while being asked I was told if I don't feel comfortable giving the information out then I do not need to.

Don't waste your time with these A holes. after emailing my families situation and talking in length with the person that gathers info prior to the Lawyer getting involved - I was told to have my mother set up a conference call with Eric (owner) for the next day. When she did he was very rude and demanded she come down for an actual meeting that day - which she wasn't prepared for. I met Eric at a "Network for Cause" event he puts on every month at Mayahuel in downtown Sac. He was very professional and his team seemed to know what they where doing.
