We first met Anne in 2009 when we were looking to buy a home in the Orlando area. The service provided by Bardell Real Estate was second to none, they went over and above to help us with our purchase. Sadly we decided to sell the home just a few weeks ago (August 2021) and naturally we again approached Bardell via Anne to assist. Everything was made as simple as possible for us, which was great as we were unable to visit the US because of Covid restrictions. Anne responded quickly to all of my questions (and there were many!) and guided us through the sales process, to a successful conclusion.

Anne Silcock is simply the best. She covers all bases. All options are explained thoroughly. Her response time for questions and research is fast. Her frequent newsletters on market trends and comps are very helpful. She knows the real estate market inside and out. She provided very valuable information on various listing prices and what one would receive bottom line (approx) at specific listed prices. If I had a checkoff list for "what makes a good realtor great," I would be able to check off every item with a five star review. I got her name from a recommendation from an individual. She did not
