So thankful we found Dr Futenma! He is so gentle and kind. Genuinely did not even feel the injection of the anesthetic. He is good at explaining what needs to be done, and followed up after my procedures to make sure I was doing ok. Everyone in the office is very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

A better way to explain it is to tell you that my ex comes from Portland out to Creative Smiles because of the family type service, before during and after you have been seen. Dr. Futenma is very good at his profession. Stays up to date with the latest technology and schooling. He’s very gentle and listens to his patients. I used to be terrified of dentists due to horrible childhood experience, but not any longer!! The staff is very pleasant too.

The staff are always friendly and flexible, especially for someone like me who has had occasional memory lapses for appointments. Dr. Futema is very genuine and is fantastic with his crafts, compared with the few dentists I had been to in the past. Definitely 5 Stars all the way!
