I just moved to HB and was recommended this place and I have to say it was a great move. Jim (owner) was an incredibly helpful and nice man and helped repair my car when I ran into unexpected repair needs. He sent me pictures and messaged me throughout the process. Could not recommend this place more!

Very thankful for being referred to this establishment. Jim is the owner and very honest and reliable and very reasonable! I'm usually skeptical of auto repair places but Jim is the real deal! He treats your car as if it was his own and won't try to sell you something you don't need. Even got me a great deal on new tires (better than Sams Club!)

Jim is the owner at Sigma Auto Repair. His work is exemplary and priced well! When gathering quotes at other facilities, he was less expensive but provided excellent service. I had an a/c condenser replaced on a Porsche. Even though his prime business is not German cars, he was able to change the condenser. He even picked me up to get my car from my house! If you live in the area, I recommend this business for your auto needs.

These guys are the best most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I have ever encountered. I usually fix my own vehicles. But Jim is amazing, and ends up saving me $$, since he always knows whats wrong. I like my old 2007 Aspen, and want to keep it on the road - with Jim's help it runs like new! When I repair my vehicles, I sometimes take far too long if I do not have the right tool or if I just cannot locate the problem, so I replace parts unnecessarily trying to find the problem. Jim never does that! Honest to a fault too. Most recently, I was driving to Sigma for rough idling and misfire issues

Jim is awesome. The guys here at the shop know what they're doing. They take the time to explain to a non car guy like me everything that's needed. He doesn't BS and let's you know what "needs" to be done, and also what should be done. He doesn't jam problems down your throat, making you spend a ton of money. I would never go anywhere else

I have been going to Sigma Auto Repair for the past 10 years. The owner Jim is such an experienced mechanic and an amazing guy. I have purchased and repaired all my past 3 vehicles from his shop. His staff members are all kind, funny, and very skilled. Honestly, I can't find a better place for my car. And you shouldn't miss it.

Terrible customer service, owner of shop arrived 5 almost 6 hrs late from scheduled time we discussed. Owner cussed at my employees because they didn't know who he was considering he was 6hrs late. My car was never looked at, just told him I didn't want his business due to lack of respect and lack of communication in regards to being late. Would not recommend or do business here.

1. Dec 2019 had the oil and oil filter changed 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Gave written directions on what I wanted done like checking for TSBs and the specific oil (Pennzoil 10-20 full synthetic Platinum plus) to use. Got the bill and Sigma used some other brand of oil and they did not think they needed my telephone OK to deviate. Not a big mistake but it was a heads up.
2. Mid July 2020 sent a good friend to them for an oil change and they embarrass me by trying to tack on (hustle a woman who knows little about cars) the old radiator flush and brake fluid replacement tap dance. She said no thank

I must tell you that this is the very best place I have ever had or worked with automobiles. Jim is fantastic. He is group are extremely knowledgeable and he is FAIR on everything! He has actually given me things / service just because he thought it was the thing to do... example replaced the battery in my key fob for free! Not that it's an expensive item but, who would just realize that it needed it and do it for free? Unbelievable. I will never go anywhere else ever again! He can fix anything! Good stuff Jim!!!!

This was the most seamless car repair experience I have ever had. Jim was the most helpful and accommodating car repair man I have ever had. I appreciated his time and dedication very much. He even came in on a Sunday when the shop was closed in order to get my car back to me when I needed it. I will defiantly be back and will definitely recommend him to everyone!

I visited this service for a few different maintenance of my 2016 model Volvo XC60. In a very short time, the mistakes made in the previous maintenance were detected and they shared what we thought would cost me money.
And it was said that it would be more correct for that old service to look at them.
Normally, this service wants to eliminate those mistake parts and win itself, but it was very honest here.
They offered black tea in the waiting time, and they told me about the explanation of everything that was done, the work prices and the labor prices.

I took my car to Sigma after an accident and I was very happy with my decision. Jim was extremely helpful, handled my insurance claim and everything else, I didn't have to worry about a thing. My car was ready in no time after receiving the parts. Very professional and understanding. Highly recommend!

I just found me a shop! I love working on my truck and cars but sometimes there are things you just can't do yourself because you don't have a lift or the needed special tools. Or just the time. But I like Jim, he was straight up guy and did exactly what he said he was gonna do, and didn't try to upsell me which most shops usually try to do. As a skeptical semi-mechanic, I appreciated that. He even made a few follow-up calls to make sure all was well. And it was. He is now saved in my phone for whoever asks me if I know a guy. And I am the guy people ask. I usually don't do reviews but Jims deserves
