My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Howard and Tammy. They were an absolute delight to work with. They provided us repair guidance for several months prior to selling the house to ensure we got the most out of the house. Once we listed, we had an offer in less than 48 hours. Less than a month later, we closed without a problem. I’d recommend the Sentell’s to anyone looking to list a home.

Trying to buy our first home through Sentell real estate was an absolute nightmare. He handles his business very unprofessionally, he is unresponsive, discourteous, and was disrespectful to our realtor. He does not reflect his mission statement, period. We have been very displeased. We will never buy another home through this business again and will sway everyone in the home buying business to look in a different direction, also. I left the same review on Facebook as well and Mr. Howard Sentell sent me a threatening message on Facebook. Incredibly distasteful and unprofessional.

Mr. HOWARD SENTALL SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME A PRICE MY CUSTOM BUILT HOME ON DOUGLAS LAKE SHOULD SELL FOR WITHOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT TO SEE MY HOME OR ME.I WENT ON LINE WHERE IT SAIDS PLAINLY YOU COULD PUT YOUR HOME ON LINE FOR AUCTION NUMBER 1 THEN IT WOULD BE ASSIGNED TO A REALTOR AND THE REALTOR WOULD HELP SELL IT AND THERE Would be no cost to the home owner.Not true he told me I should assume there would be a commission paid my me but the ad said it would be paid by the buyer.I tried to talk to Mr. Sentell hung up on me .I would not use Mr. Sentell to sell my home.
