I had a bike fitting October 2018, at the time they didn't have a BMC or Trek bike available in my size frame, I would have to order and wait until December. So I purchased my BMC SLR2 at another bike shop, I take my bike to Bike Doctor for all my repairs. Adjustments are usually made while I wait and Holden is always very helpful and explains any problem or repairs made. In March 2021 I purchased a Women's Disc Trek FX3 from Bike Doctor because of the great customer services I received at this bike shop. I recommend Bike Doctor for all your bike needs and their great customer service

I had just bought my first road bike, previously I had only owned cruisers (one gear, no brakes) so I was a little hesitant to just pull off my back wheel when I got a flat on my second ride. I took it to the bike doctor as they were the nearest shop. The service shop was excellent the gentleman who changed my inner tube took the time to show me how to do it myself for the next time I get a flat. He was awesome he replaced the brake pad on my bike that had fallen off all within 20 minutes. These shops tend to make me nervous as I view them as shops for "serious riders" I'm always

Manager reached out and apologized for poor response time and customer service. Service Manager ordered a new wheel and put a loaner wheel on my bike do I could ride over the weekend. When New tire arrived I was contacted right away. Bike doctor installed new wheel and did not charge me for the labor due to their slow response. Appreciate the effort to turn my situation around! Adjusting my review to four stars and looking forward to the improved customer service and response time.

Poorly trained staff.
I came in there with full intent (which is irrelevant) to buy a road bike. As soon as we came in a woman greeted us, she seemed really nice and professional. I told her I didn't really need help and I knew what I was looking for. Bike Doctor didn't have it, which is totally fine. Good Bike selection, not really my type but good nonetheless. Different strokes for different folks.
We walked a bit further into the shop to take a look at the road bikes they had before I realized they didn't have what I wanted-- we then were greeted again, now by a young man. First

Coolest bike shop in SOMD. I recently had a minor repair done on my bike. The repair required a part to be ordered which took longer than originally expected. I was contacted after the original due date to inform me of the additional length of time. Once the repair was completed, I needed an adjustment to meet my original specs. This adjustment was performed while I waited, which I was happy about. Lastly, the final cost was about 20% higher than the estimate. No explanation offered.
Overall, the shop is cool, nice inventory, nice location, plenty of accessories, cool staff and a competent repair

To call my husband and I numerous times and send messages to try and have us change or remove our review. I stand by what I said. If you are not treating customers who have paid over $10 thousand in Bikes, clothing, repairs, and accessories to mount our bikes to our numerous vehicles throughout the years YOU DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS and I will not lie or sugar coat how poorly we were treated

I can't wait to go to Bike Doctor in person - the amount of information and support I have received via email from Eric has been exceptional especially since I haven't even been in to the store to buy a single thing. Well, I initially went up to these guys from Pax River to get my trek fitted to me that I had purchased overseas since Pax adventure center isn't doing fittings right now. Every ride I was getting various forms of back and knee pain and knew something was up. I scheduled a fitting with Nick and after a couple hours Nick and the owner Chris both came to the conclusion that I was way to tall for my bike frame and it couldn't be fitted appropriately based on my reach and leg length. I was lucky enough that they had the same model bike in my size in the store and stayed well past closing

Ordered a couple of new seats online and had some trouble installing them. Came to Bike Doctor for some assistance and was not only extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise, but also grateful for Emir's pleasant attitude and professionalism. I posted a review last Saturday about a not-so-positive experience I had during my first visit to the Bike Doctor of Waldorf. What I experienced following that post was a rare thing indeed. Not only did the owner, Chris R., call me to apologize, he personally followed up on my repair order. AMAZING STAFF! They really do care about their customers and helping out with anything that they can. I came and ordered a set of new tires but they came in damaged from the manufacture. They expedited a new set and again the manufacture provided bad tires. Having been in twice already, they gave me another set of tires they had in stock for my troubles. These were of higher quality and they didn't even bat an eye.
This place has always welcomed me and my family when we walk in. It's nice to have such a solid bike store near by!

Truly the best place for a bike fit. I was struggling with my triathlon bike position. Working with Chris Richardson was great, he used the Guru Fit system to adjust the height of saddle and hip angle. Amazing results, I was able to get aero and still put out power for long durations.. Highly recommend it!

Customer service has always been great, we never had any problems and have purchased many bikes from here.
Last Spring they lost my wife's bike after we left it for maintenance and when we got it back the tire went flat after the first ride. We mentioned the tube may have needed to been replaced when we dropped it off but maybe because they lost it they lost the paperwork stating what issues we had with it.
Another reason my outlook has changed with this business is because they have an old guy who was
