Services
The toddler program is preparing the child for the Primary Program. We work on potty training. The children work on things like sitting in circle time and lining up to transition inside/outside. Many sensorial activities are introduced and real life items are used in the classroom.
When glancing in the window, you might find a child watering plants, washing dinosaur toys, sorting colors, doing yoga poses, etc. Children want to do what parents do, and feel a sense of pride for their classroom when they are able to help and do these everyday activities.We offer part time and full time programs in the toddler classroom.

We offer lunches for $5 per day. Parents are able to sign up in advance or the morning of. Lunches are made fresh at the school. We cook with organic and natural ingredients when possible. We keep in mind what children enjoy eating and blend the two together for tasty, healthy meals. The school provides both morning and afternoon snack.
Once a week our Primary students participate in an Art Class with Ms. Tedra. They will focus on a new artist each lesson. They use pencils, markers, water colors, clay and many other mediums. Some pieces will be saved throughout the school year and given in a portfolio at the end of the year. This is an additional class that is a part of our curriculum.

Went here when i was a toddler, now almost done with middle school. i know im young, but i remember how awesome this place was. when i was little, my first language was russian and my mom didnt speak english, but with the help of this place, i learned the english alphabet, spelling, months, days, months, animals, etc. i learned how to say the numbers in english and spell my name at 3 years old. i am now excellent at english. props to this school

I love Dana point Montessori school my son who is now 9 years old went to this school and than I enroll my daughter since she turn 2 years old she is 4.5 yrs old ! Even I moved
I drive 25mins everyday to the school Beacouse my child is happy and wants to go to her school everyday and safe and it is a excellent environment!!!

My 2 children absolutely love going to school here!! I have a 2 and 3 year old and I have seen a huge improvement in their behavior since they started in March. The teachers are very loving but also very structured. My kids have learned to behave at home, clean up after themselves, incredible manners, and much much more. Being a young mother, I have learned a lot from the teachers as well! I love how small the school is because my children get plenty of one on one time. The summer program was excellent as well! Each week they learned about different things. One week was cooking, one week was different

For over a year now, I have had the privilege to be a teacher at Dana Point Montessori Preschool. I am always excited to come into work for the day. With the amount of kids that we have, it allows us to get very personal with the kids, and give them the individual attention each child deserves. The amount of toys and activities for the children always seem to grow! Though, many of the kids enjoy playing on the playground the most because of all that is offered outside. Between the swings, play structure, bikes, houses, and sand box, the playground always seems to fun for all the children even though

This is a really great school! The kids do so many fun activities from gymnastics, music, water days, and they even just recently went on a field trip to the zoo. The kids learn so much everyday. I am very impressed by their knowledge at such a young age. The director is very helpful and understanding. All the kids can't wait to get back to school the next day! The interior is very bright and welcoming. Also the playground in the back looks very nice!! I have to be honest before they remodeled the playground I wasn't very sure about the kids being on it, but now that they have a new director, she

This school is amazing and I couldn't be happier having my daughter there. I have never once felt she was unsafe while she was attending school here. The staff and directors are amazing. They are so friendly and the kids love them all, I love seeing my daughters face light up when she sees her teachers or any of the staff at the school. She has learned so much in her time at the school and is always coming home and telling me something new she learned that day. I am beyond confident that she is safe and in very capable hands when she is at this school and when dropping her off and picking her up
