Their HR process is disorganized and completely unresponsive. I applied to a position with them directly, completed a phone interview and even did an online video interview and did not receive a response back. Not even a courtesy email even after a month. Than a recruiter called me and it turns out he was calling about the same position and asked me to re-do the online interview. They came back and said I was being reject because I applied from ""two different recruiters". They didn't realize that the first "recruiter" was their own HR person and that the only reason I was applying again was because
