Welcome to Southdown Pizzeria Kitchen in Huntington, NY a family-owned-and-operated neighborhood staple that has been serving premium food and pizza since 1967. Each dish and pie of pizza are handcrafted by the master himself, owner Matt Getter, who spent his childhood learning the art of how to create tastes that can't be replicated.
We have everything to make your next event delicious and memorable. Try our amazing selection of authentic pizzas, fresh salads, drinks and tasty desserts. I can't believe I gave them an afternoon Pizza delivery order, I did not use the coupon(2 for 1) due to... trying to support the local business. I ordered...1 lg salad, 1 lg cheese pizza, 1 lg cheese pizza with pepperoni. I asked them to deliver it to a local business, as a, Thank You, less than 2 city blocks distant. I was going to include a $5.00 tip for the delivery person.... until the woman cashier rang up the bill and told me there was a $2.00 delivery charge. I have been a customer of theirs' for more than 10 years. I really like some of their foods but will never, ever give them my business

Amazing pizza. ask for sesame seed crust - the BEST. always friendly and pizza always fresh and delicious. thin but not paper thin, crust chewy not hard. good prices. anyone who gave a bad review is a weenie because they tried to order something fancy (this is a simple shop - not an italian eatery) or are too lazy to pick up their food. get real, people. southdown has amazing pizza and thats that.

I have been frequenting this place since I was a child, and it hasn't lost itself or it's charm in all these years. The menu may have changed, slightly, but they are still whipping up exceptionally done pies all day long. One of the new additions are their stuffed garlic knots - which are exactly as you are probably envisioning them - outrageously good. They always have a special sub/hoagie of the day, and for $6, it's a steal as the portions are huge. Parking is usually okay, but limited. I can generally grab a spot right out in front of their front door. They do have out back parking, but no

I have always felt that this place is a hidden gem in Huntington seeing as how it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. But I love a good slice of cheese pizza from here as well as I have size of one of their many specialty pizzas that they offer. Don’t expect any glitz glam from in this place but the food is good and affordable and the service is always kind and courteous.
