Just redid our bathroom and purchased tile-grout from A-3. Phil great help in working us through the options and remained patient and helpful as we took sometime and several trips to see him - as our ideas changed and rechanged. Finally made decision that we love. Couldn't have made as good a choice without Phil's help. Later on we needed extra tiles and once again Phil help order in the most cost effective manner.

A3 Tile is great! I called over the phone to see if they have a specific tile I used 5-6 years ago which I bought from a different place. I don't have tile name or brand, but Phil went out of his way to lookup where this tile is from. I emailed him a picture of tile and he got back to me the next day with information. At the end, I bought the tiles I'm looking for from them!

Cannot imagine a better tile shopping experience. We told Phil that we were looking for tile to work with our original 1941 terracotta tile and he showed us several different options explaining the pros and cons of each. We took home a sample and it was absolutely perfect. Our mason placed the order and completed the job which is gorgeous. Thank you!

Large store with a wide variety of bathroom and kitchen tile. Salesman was very attentive and helpful looking for tile options to make a repair. Parking prentiful with handicap surface lot parking. Driveway to business is off Brittain Avenue just before the on ramp to Route 101 Freeway and is opposite Office Depot and REI driveway.

We had checked around a bit, and found what we wanted here. Good products. Salesman Phil met with us twice and patiently explained options. The showroom is safely set up to protect the staff and customers during the pandemic.

There was some initial misunderstanding on price, but Phil worked it out. Many thanks!

Called A3 Tile in search of some Shluter products (waterproofing for showers). This product is super expensive so I called around getting a couple dealer quotes. Jessica Bracamonte, the sales rep at A3 I spoke with, was very professional, and quick to provide me a quote by email. She tried to get the price down to beat a competitor and she did a diligent job. Jessica came close to matching the other competitor (just a couple dollars more), however, I chose to go with the other dealer simply because it was closer to me.
