I was out of town when I got a tooth ache, I was in extreme pain, I called so many emergency dentist and no openings. West Reno Dental took me in that day. Work on my tooth that was in so much pain. James S. Paschal DDS and staff were so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Being a pharmacist professionally I expect a lot.

My experience at this dentist office is by far the best I have ever had. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Davis and Nadia along with his other assistants are such great people. As someone who’s seen a lot of dentists over the years, I can say with confidence that you won’t find a more attentive practice then West Reno Dental. Dr. Davis and his team were so kind and also helped me diagnosis jaw pain that I’ve been having for years. The office was extremely clean and well organized. If you live anywhere near northern Nevada, this is the best place for you!

West Reno dental is amazing. They are the first dentist I've been to in 14 years, and they've treated me so well. Especially hygienist Lupe, she's so nice, caring and great at her job. I've never really settled on a dentist for one reason or another. I can honestly say I have now! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Davis is approachable and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and was comfortable asking questions or voicing concerns. The hygienist was thorough without being aggressive. I don't look forward to going tho the dentist but now I won't dread it or put it off.

My ten year old daughter had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Davis, she went in for pain on one of her back molars. She was full of anxiety, however Dr. Davis and his staff did a great job at making her feel comfortable. Turns out she just needed a night guard! He was very thorough and honest about his diagnosis. I'm happy to say we will return soon and make him our family dentist.

Amazing and friendly service!! Dr David and his assistants are all wonderful. Although this Dentist is out of my network. I’m so glad I came to the correct people. I am so glad I found this office, Dr. Davis is a very gentle, and conservative dentist! I've always had dental anxiety my whole life and I was very scared of injections but I hardly felt a thing! Dr. Davis and his assistant Nadia work very well together which makes the whole experience so much better. Everyone there is super nice, the office is always quiet and has a relaxing vibe. I can't believe I used to be scared of the dentist! Also the hygienist Craig was so nice and was gentle around areas where I told him I was sensitive, thanks again!

I have been going to West Reno Dental for about 6 years now. My experience was very good and I referred others there as well over the years. Dental Hygienist and the patience service was excellent. Dr. Pascal is retiring and so now there is a new dentist basically all of the dental hygienist including front office staff is new. Unfortunately, my experience with the new dental hygienist (Emily) was not good. She speaks extremely fast-robotic tone, it felt like I was in and out, the quicker the better for her. Came here because I was in extreme pain from a wisdom tooth and other issues that are still somewhat apparent. They extracted a tooth but left a fragment. I know this because a year later, I'm at another dental office and I can see it on my rads and I've also felt it but just disregarded it. This office also said I had 8+ cavities and needed a deep cleaning. The current dentist I'm at said I only had two and only need a basic cleaning. Wow, not going back. Either they don't know what they're doing, someone is lying or they just money hungry.

I really hate writing this review because we really liked Dr. Paschal and his hygienists, but they dropped us as patients due to a billing dispute. They were trying to bill charges that we were told they wouldn't, charges that they couldn't explain, and charges that they let our teenage child authorize when we were told we couldn't go in the building with her due to covid. When we disputed the charges and asked for an explanation, no one called to try and resolve the issue, they just sent a letter in the mail saying we couldn't be patients anymore. Scheduled my appointment 10 days in advance after calling the office. Went through the trouble of filling out the new patient forms online. The dentist and dental hygienists were great, but the support staff were AWFUL. Absolutely the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experience from a dental office. I spoke with someone named Terry. She claimed to be the manager and that "there was no one else above her". When I had questions regarding my bill, she became impatient and defensive and hung up on me several times. Its not my fault that she has a hard time communicating effectively. I don't like the dentist office. Never have. But........all that changed when I came to West Reno Dental. From my initial consultation, to my visit on Thursday, I have been blown away by extraordinary customer… care and giving me the best possible dental work ever. I absolutely recommend this practice to all my friends and family! West Reno Dental is like no other dental practice I've been to. They are warm, friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.
