I called it took less than a week to get bike served, I got free tune up, I am a happy camper.

What a nice place! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I had broken my cleats and needed new pedals and cleats and they switched out everything and made sure it worked afterwards. I would go there again anytime: Great service by friendly people!

Great experience getting my bike worked on here. They squeezed me in the day before Thanksgiving and got by bike fixed up for a surprisingly good deal. I was expecting 3-4x the cost in labor. Saved my long weekend riding plans. Thanks to the mechanics over there!

These guys are the absolute best. I trust them with all of my bike repairs (I actually bring my bikes up from LA) because they will never overcharge and they do a killer job every time. Support them, not only because they are a small, local business, but because they know what they're doing and they value customer care & good service.

Bicyle Bobs is a fantastic bike shop. They sell all sorts of bikes, biking gear and have a fantastic repair shop as well. The employees are so helpful and friendly. The fantastic employee Joe did a great job of getting my old bike up and running. With originally multiple things wrong, he got everything up and running again. I also appreciate him helping me get the best deal in getting it all fixed as well. I recommend Bicyle Bobs.

Thank you to Mike and Joe for working with me on my bike this morning! I have a finicky Schwinn Le Tour made in the 70s and they were extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Experts like these are why it's so important to support bike shops over Amazon - they have so much experience that no app can ever replicate.

Great bike store in the area. Prices are a bit high and service turnaround times are usually quite long, but never had any complaints with them, the staff are highly professional and attentive to your questions and concerns.

Rip-off. Had a simple broke spoke so I thought I'd get it fixed. $35 and 3 days wait was a bit much but I bit the bullet and took their offer. Came back in 4 days later and they said they couldn't even find my bike... I saw it & pointed it out, and showed them the still broken spoke. Was told to come back the next day, whatever. Came back, & again pointed out the issue, then watched them fix the spoke in front of me as I was waiting. I took my bike and left (already paid days before) & when pulling my bike out of the car, I noticed now a new spoke had popped off the hub.

As an avid cyclist I highly recommend Bob's. Great mechanics, excellent friendly service, parts almost always in stock (chains, rotors, drive trains, etc). Technicians Roger, John, Craig, all excellent, knowledgeable sales staff.

I recently purchased a Trek gravel bike. Due to limited demand I had to go all the way to Ventura to find the right make/model/size. After suffering a few flats I decided to get tubeless tires from a shop near me in the SY Valley. Unfortunately, the front wheel wouldn't hold air due to a defect in the rim. When I called the Ventura Trek shop they mentioned that I could take the wheel into any Trek dealer for warranty work. As I was going to Santa Barbara that day I decided to bring the wheel into Bicycle Bobs. Matt took some pictures of the wheel and returned it to me so I could still ride

We went to the store to get information on what kind of bike to purchase for the first time, and honestly no plan to buy a bike. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, polite, and patient. The end result was that we purchased two bikes and some equipments. We were extremely happy with the services.

I needed a new cassette and received really great customer service.
I was directed to a couple different quality choices for the one I wanted.
The bike mechanic even spent some time to explain how to replace, and even sent me away with a little grease in a zip lock and a couple tips!
I couldn't get that off a You Tube video! Thanks guys, made it an easy install.

I could not be more impressed with this place. I had a big task of asking up and shipping 2 large EBikes to Hawaii. The staff was friendly, assuring, and perfectly equipped to handle the task. The bikes were packed within a week and with the help of BikeFlights, received in 5 days.

I went in today to buy a road bike helmet and Bob was super helpful; he gave me the rundown on how to decide what helmet to buy without trying to pressure me. He straightforwardly answered my questions along the way, and gave me honest reviews of the different helmets the store carried.
I don't have any experience with their maintenance department, but it's nice to know that they at least have good customer service on the store side of things.

Been to BB's 3 times this month since biking activity has increased tremendously this summer. It was my most recent visit that prompted me to let the Internet know how good their customer service continues to be. I came in to browse locks and ask about an accessory fitment issue I was having. I can't say enough about this company! Bob and his staff are 100% professionals. Every single time we call, they are so kind, patient with our questions, and informative of our options, whatever our needs may be. We have never had a bad experience with ANY of their staff and feel equally taken care of with each of them!

We have had two separate purchases most recently, that prompted my review.

The first, two weeks ago, I called ahead to check about availability for new spin shoes that would fit our new Peloton bike. They were so nice and found the perfect pair for me before I even had to

1st I called to ensure they had the product I was looking for. They ensured me they had 3 in property available. I drove over an hour to get there and when I arrived they said they did not have the bike on hand. Then when asking for suggestions on other products, the guy helping me was too busy to help and just said "sorry, I can't". WORST service ever and a total waste of time!!

Stopped by and was assisted by "Bob."
He provided me with an honest and professional opinion that lead me to selecting the right bike for my son. Wry happy with the service. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a Trekk bike.

Five stars for all the right reasons. Patient, honest, not pushy, true cycling staff, really relaxed. I've done a lot with Bobs. I even moved to LA and ended up bringing my bike to John (thank you again) after I was so uncomfortable with work I had done in LA. I took bike care classes at Bobs, took my time purchasing my Trek Edmonda, and think our purchase could not possibly have gone any better.

What can't I say about my experience at Bicycle Bobs!! After being told at the other local bike store that they don't work on E bikes ,even though I told him it wasn't a E bike problem it was a simple fender problem. He sent me down the road! I yelped Bob's and so glad I did. Being new to Goleta it was freshening finding a friendly local shop. Talked to joe I explained the problem and dropped it off. Two hours later all fixed and cleaned up by the way.

My bike was having this terrible squeaking sound coming from one of the back tire and I had taken it to another bike shop in town and they did absolutely nothing for me - and had a two week wait. So I came here, and let me tell you, these guys are absolutely amazing! They were so kind and they really paid attention to what was wrong with the bike. They fixed it in less than five minutes and I was off. Everyone that works here is really kind and they really know their stuff. I'm definitely going to come back to them with all of my bike's needs. Great, great place.

Ask anyone in town where to buy or repair a bike and they'll send you to Bicycle Bob's. Note: Not to be confused with the other stores in town owned and named by a Bob (i.e. Bob's Vacuums or Furniture Outlet). I had moved to town from Seattle with a Citizen fold-up bike that I had not taken out or touched in years. I brought it in here and they completed a tune-up quickly in two days while going over what they completed. The tires were both fairly flat and required new tubes.
