It was not what I expected. Unfortunately the fitted sheet was very old and they had lint frills on them and I had to use the top sheet to be able to sleep. The dish towel was folded and put out to be utilized but when I went to use it, it was dirty and soiled.
When I made the reservation it stated that check out was 11AM but when we got in our room, check out was posted every where 10AM with no exceptions.
I tried to call the office to discuss why my payment was taken from my account before we even arrived, we were told they wouldn't take payment until check out and I would be able to pay cash

We have stayed here two years in a row. The grounds are immaculate with beautiful flowers and rooms very clean. Everything seems so well though out and I love all of the efforts to persevere/reduce resources that are take on the property. Great location, only a few miles from PTown and beaches. We are 100% beach people (and very rarely spend time at a hotel pool) but can't resist a couple hours at their pool, which has a great view and in general is so relaxing and peaceful. Already looking forward to next year!

So I didn't actually stay here, but I had to cancel a reservation that was non-refundable through hotels.com. Hotels.com told me that I couldn't get any money back, but when I called the motel directly, they said they would give me a full refund no issue. They ended up bypassing Hotels.com and giving me a FULL refund, they didn't even charge me a basic cancelation fee. There was no reason they had to be so nice, but I basically received four star customer service from Cape View when I couldn't even get a real person on the phone through Hotels. Sad I had to cancel, but this place has my business

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Cape View motel. First off, the location was great to explore the outer Cape during the day and P-Town at night. The sun sets behind the hotel, so we enjoyed watching it go down over a beer on the back porch. Mornings were a treat as well with great coffee and donuts. Would definitely come back!

Good budget friendly motel - it was clean, spacious and even had a little kitchenette. we had problems the first night with the front door not locking at all. We missed dinner waiting for a call back from the "emergency line" since we didn't want to leave all of our stuff in the room. Never received a call - ate in the room and were able to move rooms the next night down to the ground floor. The sliding door did not lock down there, however, David came right away to fix it and went above and beyond to to take care of us for the situation with the front door the night prior. Due to

I spent a few days over Labor Day weekend at the Capeview Motel. It's a friendly, no-frills, clean, and homey motel. I left a number of clothing items behind and a couple of weeks later, without even asking, I received a box in the mail from the motel with all of my belongings in it. I really appreciate that they went out of their way to be helpful. I hope to have the opportunity to return next year.

Was in the area recently for work and stayed here for 4 days. Not many frills, but they pull off the "budget motel" idea very well. Clean rooms. Soft beds. Cable. Needs new shower heads though, the water pressure is enough to be uncomfortable, even painful. Very nice location too; perched on top of a hill with views into the ocean.
I forgot my pillow the day I checked out. Got an email from them the following week and they mailed my pillow back to me. Now that is service!

A hidden gem! This was one of the only places that had vacancy for Labor Day weekend, and since they had a few rooms available, they were lenient on the 3-night minimum rule and let us stay for just two nights! Check in was easy and the owners were very helpful in recommending beaches and telling us about the bus that picks up right in front of the motel to bring you to ptown ($2 each way)! A great location! Very close to some of the best beaches on the Cape (Head of the Meadow--Town beach side is only $15/day to park, beautiful sand, waves, and seals!) Definitely spend the extra $ to stay on the

When it comes to Cape Cod motor lodges, there's nothing better than the Cape Ciew motel. I recommend booking well in advance so you can get an upstairs balcony room. We had an upstairs room with a priceless view overlooking Mass Bay and Provincetown. Definitely something that you won't get at other Cape motels. The owners were super nice and helpful and they had a cute little maltese dog that greets everyone at the office door. Also, the rooms come with refrigerators so you can keep your beer cold.
This place would get the 5 star treatment but some of the furniture was a bit dated

This place would be your average Cape motel if not for the gorgeous views. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a little balcony overlooking Truro and Provincetown. Perfect little spot to eat breakfast or have a post beach beer in the afternoon (or pre-beach beer in the morning if that's your style).
The room itself was totally standard. It was clean and tidy, but it's obviously been around a while. The bed was not ultra comfortable, but not impossible to sleep on. The kitchenette in our room was really handy for keeping drinks and beach snacks cold.
Although the motel isn't exactly

A nice little standard motel on a bluff at the Provincetown edge of Truro. Have stayed here 4 or 5 times, always clean rooms and friendly staff.
Nothing special, but prices MUCH more affordable than Provincetown.
Only downside is you have to drive everywhere - nothing is walkable from here and it's 15 mins into P'Town.
Truro beaches not too far away. We go to Corn Hill, a hidden gem.
A decent value in an area of the cape getting more and more pricey.
