Opened in 1957, Jonathan Edwards Motel is situated in the heart of Cape Cod. We have recently purchased the motel and have added it to the family businesses which consists of many different retail outlets.
We know how to serve and pamper our customers and this motel on the Cape is a welcome addition to our portfolio. The motel, with all rooms conveniently located on the ground floor, has been completely gutted and renovated from top to bottom - all new roof, paint, new pool, new furniture in each room, new bathrooms and new driveway.

Services
Jonathan Edwards Motel features 26 air-conditioned guest rooms and a 3 bedroom 1000 square foot unit, all with convenient ground level access. All of our rooms are non-smoking and contain one or two beds with a sleek, modern decor; king-sized beds or two queens; and a full bathroom. Rates range from $65 - $499 per night, based on double-occupancy.
Jonathan Edwards Motel is approximately 79 miles (1 hour 25 minutes) from downtown Boston. Take the Southeast Expressway (I-93) South, then take Exit 7 (toward Cape Cod) to Route 3 South. Follow to the Sagamore Bridge. Cross the Sagamore Bridge and continue on Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 East for approximately 23 minutes to Exit 9A (Route 134 South toward W. Harwich and Dennisport).

Besides looking like the Bates Motel I waited over 1 hour, and during that time I made 6 phone calls with voicemails and it still was a while before I saw anyone. I told the screaming swearing woman who finally came out that this was unacceptable, I would rather sleep in my car, and to cancel my reservation. Being newly homeless I would have stayed there for 2 nights had I been able to check in. Make up your own mind…

Do not! I repeat do not stay here! numerous complaints of them charging credit cards even mos later! numerous reports and charges have been made to the police about these grime balls. they also will hang up on you and block you if you try calling them to ask them why! I repeat again do not stay here!

If I could rate less than one star i would! I was booked to stay there last Saturday, however my aunt passed away. So I couldn't make it and I was coming all the way from NY. I kindly explained to them my situation hoping they would understand and give me a refund and they were cold about it and told me they couldn't refund me because it was at the last minute. Things happen in life! I was coming and then had to turn around. I will never stay at this place in the future and will tell everybody that was planning on it my experience! Horrible and uncompassionate staff.

If you look up the word "skeevy" in the dictionary you will find a description and photo of the Jonathan Edward's Motel. By far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. At over $200 a night I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. My car wouldn't have a spongy bathroom floor, a toilet that rocked from side to side and felt like it could fall through the floor at any second, the air conditioner leaked onto the carpet (see photo), a permeating oder that you can count on taking home with you, and a lack of clean surfaces to put anything down. No photographs could come close to how disgusting

The positive reviews on this motel have got to be a joke. THIS MOTEL IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Smells terrible like many stale years of smoking, the room is overused by 50 years, sink was clogged, the sheets are dark and hiding who knows what kind of nasty stains. There was a guy peeing in the grass beside the building when we arrived. I could go on and on. Just terrible. Not worth even a fraction of $150 a night.

Unhappy with nearly every aspect of our stay. Hotel desk staff unwilling to arrange for early check-in. Insisted we return to check-in at 3, but then was asleep when we did and had to be woken up to check us in. Room was advertised as sleeping three. The king bed was adequate but the room was only marginally clean. Ceiling fan did not function. One towel was provided and it took a full day to track down the attendant to get more. Bathroom sink drained slowly and filled with water within a minute. Shower temperature and water pressure was good and the bathroom was the cleanest part of the room.
