THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED AT IN MY LIFE . MANGEMENT NEVER CALL YOU BACK AND THE COMPANY THAT OWN IT . APARTMENT ARE NASTY . THEY NEED TO BE REMODEL . I ONLY BEEN THERE FOR A MONTH AN I WANT TO LEAVE SO BAD . THEY DON'T FIX WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE . LEAVING HER TAKES ME INTO A DEEP DEPRESSION . AN THE AREA IS GREAT APARTMENT IS HUGH ITS JUST NASTY .THEY HAVE TREMITS IN THEM APARTMENT FLOODS . HORRBLIE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not move here!! It took me over an hour on move in day just to pick up my keys. They said we didn’t need an appointment but when my roommate stopped by that morning she was told to come back. And when she came back at the allotted time, was told she needed to come back later. After a few hours I called and said I was on the way over and was told… thats fine you can come grab your keys. When I arrived with my hired movers we were not able to just pick up the keys, they said they were missing documents they never asked for. After all this was over I walked into an apartment that wasn

Great location and beautiful grounds; Maintenance is very responsive.
Apartments are dated, wall paper in hallways look ancient. Management and corporate not good and change constantly. Lived here twice and each time my security deposit was kept for carpet. Do not put furniture in your apartment or you will be charged for replacement of carpet for the next tenant, that's their hustle. Ever moved and your heavy furniture leaves the imprint in carpet from where it sits, well, you'll be charged for that. That was what they came up with the last time and charged about

This complex is terrible. I’ve been here and trying to get out of this lease for a year now. It’s way too much money for the quality and experience. No sense of urgency or care for what the residents are going through.
My ceiling began leaking into my kitchen lighting fixture.
Most of the doors don’t shut completely.
The ceiling in the living room was beginning to mold and rot. They used a blow dryer to repair. The insulation was drenched. I’m sure their living standards are better. But yet I pay $1,300 and put up with that. Terrible.

I visited a friend here and they had bed bugs. My friend informed the rental office and Nothing was done. I saw a couple of those bed bugs when I visited. So what they can do to improve is get an exterminator to handle their bed bug problems🤢🤢, and this time exterminate INSIDE the apartments. From the looks of my friends apartment, a nice upgrade and renovation wouldn't be so bad either. No Way!!
