Park Plaza Apartments

Been waiting weeks to get my heat fixed. It’s winter time! So unprofessional, no communication at all! Worst experience by far. So disappointed.

I got a pretty neat apartment in a convenient area. Everything was working and it came with a patio. Thomas was helpful in getting me settled

I have been a resident of Park Plaza Apartments since July 2012, and continue to enjoy being a resident here. The office staff (especially Mgr. Shantez Coates) is friendly, responsive, and timely with addressing maintenance issues, and you will never be left with a feeling of indifference. Additionally, the apartments are in a safe area, and the rental units are very affordable, especially when compared to most complexes in the area. Very nice apartments!the area is clean,well taken care of!lots of parking space behind the building and super close to the plaza.the apartment we visited was clean,nice, spacious and they also have apartments with balconies which for me is a big plus(i like to air my blankets and shoes etc..)no carpet and carpet options available...great price.Ms.Keaira was super nice, helpful,always available (we came from new York way earlier than expected and she was still willing to tour us) looking for an apartment is so stressful and me and my husband had to deal with all types of people... majority of them

The apartment was great spacious Ans a good area . Unfortunately I chose to decline the home because I’m looking for more levels than 1 !

Shantez and her assistant Alexis was so helpful, understanding, and professional. Any and all questions was answer. They made my process less frustrating and complicated. I highly recommend their services if applying to park plaza apartments.

I have been a resident at Park Plaza for 13 years and I must say I love living here. I went into the leasing office and Ms. Shantez took her time to help me step by with a login in problem. She has always been so sweet and willing to help me anytime I needed her assistance. She never seem to get frustrated even if she appears to be busy. She is always so pleasant. Me and I’m sure a bunch of other people living here are happy to see her back.

My experience with Park Plaza was fantastic I needed a few things that needed taken care of when I move in. The manager team was great they got right on it. The maintenance crew was great they took care of everything that needed to be done Mr Raynard the team leader may sure things was done to my satisfaction I give them 5 🌟 they are there to please the tenant. A great place to live
