We signed a lease here while living in another state and when we got here we had to cancel our lease. The units are cheaply built and the buildings were gross. We signed because of the price, $1750/month for a 2 bedroom but I guess you get what you pay for. Check the place out in person before you sign.

I just called to check the pricing and availability of the units. Some lady answered the phone chewing in my ear. She sound as if she had an attitude. I asked her about the 1bd and she immediately cut me off and gave me the price and she continued with the prices of the other units. I didn’t ask her about availability, when would the apartment to be ready to move in. She didn’t say well I don’t know you’ll have to call back. I said thank you then hung up. Poor customer service. Poor front office skills.

If could less i would give less, my neice had an aproved apt and move in date and they canceled her move in without even calling her and it left her and ber daughter without a place to go and corporate hasnt even tried to accommodate her and the property manager Sophie was not empathetic at all . Metropolitan properties is the management company

I’ve been living at Volterra Apartments 4 months now and I have no complaints. When I was moving in, maintenance was very responsive and tended to all of my needs. The leasing staff are all very friendly. It’s a quiet, well-maintained complex. 4 stars because the shower controls are not user friendly, the water quality isn’t great (very hard water), package deliveries can be a hassle, and there is no recycling.

The best things I can say about living here, is maintenance. They are friendly, prompt, and very communicative. I very rarely have to call them to my apt do to all of the renovations and new appliances that were recently installed. You could even tell the property is over ten years old. But none the less the staff are great, the property is clean and secure. I love living here.

My Apartment was totally AWESOME !!!! The office staff is great but the Leasing specialist Taylor Williams was extremely delightful and most helpful. I would definitely recommend moving to this great community. My favorite features were the large front loader washer/ dryer, and the swimming pool. It was the total renovations for me.

I arrived here with a car full of all of my personal items ready to move because just the day before I was supposed to move into another apartment complex. The complex (which I will not name) showed me the model with was nice, but the actual unit was NOT! I refused to move in. I came to the Volterra and was greeted with a smile and a friendly person Mrs. Alicia. I asked if there was anything available and she said Yes, of course! She proceeded to take my information and asked what my desired apartment looks like. After a brief discussion, we went to the unit. When i walked in it felt like home

I recently moved into Volterra Apartments, and let me say it has been the most amazing experience ever. Sophia, the property manager has been amazing, given exceptional customer service. Every time I contact Sophia, she is always pleasant and willing to answer my questions. My apartment is fantastic with all new stainless steel appliances including an in unit washer and dryer. I especially love my wood plank flooring, but now days most apartments have wall to wall carpeting. The community is very quiet, and I never hear my neighbors. This is luxury living at it's finest.
