Services
All of our current wedding packages offer complimentary access to our extensive collection of curated decor, centerpieces, lounge furniture, cake stands, signage and serveware. Also included for all wedding packages: a touch screen photo booth with props and a dual sided margarita machine! The Classic Package includes all day access to the venue on event day.
The private 450 acre Flying V Ranch also welcomes corporate, charity and private event clients for meetings, events, conferences and editorial shoots. Flying V Ranch was a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding. The staff was great to work with and Mandi was an awesome day of event manager. She was very accommodating and helpful during the entire event. Flying V saved us a lot of time and money on decorating because it's already beautifully decorated and our package included the use of their house collection. 100% recommend Flying V Ranch!

We had such a wonderful experience with working with the Flying V Ranch. It was the first venue that we visited and we knew it was the venue we wanted to get married at. Page and her stuff were amazing throughout the wedding planning process and on the wedding day. they went above and beyond to make our wedding day just as we imagined and even more. Page, Mandi, and Jessica did so much that I can't even express how thankful I am to them, they took care of every little detail so everything went very smooth. Big thank you for the FVR family and staff for making our wedding day unforgettable!

I don’t have enough words to express how amazing this venue was for our wedding. Page and her team (Mandi especially) were amazing to work with. My husband and I got our dream wedding outside by the beautiful tree and pews. We utilized the many many free decorations and furniture options that the venue provided as well as the included tables, linens and chairs. If we could do it all over again we would always choose The Flying V Ranch!!

The Flying V Ranch is a perfect venue! All the staff is amazing and will help you with anything you need! This was the only venue we looked at because we new this was the one!! If you’re looking for an inside /outside wedding with lots of space to spread out this is the one! Page was excellent with planning our wedding! Due to COVID we had to push our date back but the process was so easy! Terra was our wedding day coordinator and was absolutely amazing! I cannot thank the whole Flying V staff enough for how perfect they made our day!!

Site manager could not have been nicer, friendlier, more helpful, calming or accommodating to us! She was just the BEST the night of the rehearsal dinner and did an amazing job the day of the wedding, as well. Superior personal customer service! Staff came through with flying colors on a day full of unexpected and immovable obstacles! I don't know what we would have done without the Flying V's flexibility and creativity. Beautiful venue enjoyed by all our guests!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Flying V Ranch and the wonderful staff. It was the first venue we visited and we immediately knew we had found our place! The ranch is not only beautiful, but Sherry and Page (the owners) are such a joy to work with. From our first visit to our wedding day, they were nothing short of amazing and did everything necessary to ensure we had the best day. Terra was our day of coordinator and made the entire day run smoothly. They are a family company and pour their heart into the venue and their clients, and it shows! Our daughter's wedding was the celebration of the year thanks to the very hard work of the folks at the Flying V, particularly Page and our day of coordinator extraordinaire Terra. If you want to be treated with the care and warmth of a family member, pick this venue! These folks went above and beyond for our families and guests. So many people afterward said this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Decor was gorgeous, DJ had the dance floor packed the entire time, food was delicious, outdoor ceremony was breathtaking. Thank you Warner family for helping us create this most special memory

The Flying V was the perfect venue for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding. Page planned the event and everything was beautiful and stress-free. She was amazing to work with leading up to the day. There are so many rustic wedding venues these days but the Flying V is authentic and rustic while being elegant and romantic. I would highly recommend letting Page plan the event and put her special touch on every aspect of it. She was lovely to work with. I know this perfect beginning will lead to lifelong of happiness for the newlyweds!

If you are getting married soon and are unsure of what venue to pick, LOOK NO FURTHER. The Flying V Ranch is your place. It is gorgeous and unique, unlike many other "cookie cutter" wedding venues in the DFW region. It is one of the only authentic ranches that I have seen. They have designed everything to be a romantic yet elegant feel. Page and her mom are the owners and do an INCREDIBLE job helping you plan your special day. They made it stress free, flawless, and tailored perfectly for my husband and me. I couldn't recommend them more. They deserve 10 stars not just 5!!!
