Our apartment was a complete wreck when we moved in there was paint chips in the walls art doors were hanging off the hinges there were holes that were just painted over rather than properly fixed . Our garbage disposal goes out every other day and our sink leaks in the kitchen every other day our laundry room door does not fit to laundry room some of the outlets in the house do not work.On top of that there are lots of random fees that you have to pay on top of your rent and the staff is completely unhelpful and super rude even the management themselves are incredibly rude I would recommend living

I've lived here since August, and for what I'm paying, I've had a fairly enjoyable experience. During the winter storm our power was rolling, so we were never without power for more than 3 hours, which was a complete blessing. They include wifi which is another blessing since Covid hit and I haven't been able to go to school or use free wifi at the university or coffee shops. Utilities come out to be less than $100 a month, even at the times when I feel like I leave every light on for more than an hour. Maintenance is incredibly fast and you don't have to pester them to

Do you enjoy an apartment that floods when it rains or a completely inept managerial team that provides little to no help whatsoever? You're in luck! The Venue might be just the place for you!
If every maintenance issue under the sun sounds like heaven to you, look no further! You will have no trouble finding the following: bathtub cracking and flooding your bathroom, dishwasher going out, garbage disposal clogging and flooring/carpet coming up.
This place is literally falling apart at the seams!
Not even a massive crack in the foundation that lets rain water permeate your foundation and

My son did a sublease for two summer months. All the lease info was in my name as the parent. We signed out everything was absolutely clear. I have paperwork I made them sign saying we did everything right and he was out. 9 months later they send me a threatening email saying we owe money. No phone calls or nice emails in August saying oops we forgot this in July nothing. These are people are a parents nightmare.

I been living in this resident for more the 3 years. The location is great to UNT students, and in my case is fine because it is close to the 35. The maintain people are really awesome, when i need to fix anything they come all most immediately I put the order. My two issue are the rent price crowing up to much each year since two years ago, and the manager company to this complex should put security cam with the extra money they take.
Manager company should considerate the residents have been longer on the complex to extra promotion, last year i receive email just keeping my price the same amount

I've lived here for 2 years and am happy that I chose this apartment complex to live at during my time in Denton. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner (within a day) and the staff of The Venue is quick to answer any questions you may have. I've never had any issues with other residents in my area being loud and obnoxious, which is important as a grad student since I spend most of my time studying or writing papers. Having 2 bus stops that run to the UNT campus is also convenient. Overall, if you're looking for a more quiet apartment complex, this should definitely be

This was the first apartment that my boyfriend and I have lived in together; The overall experience was alright. The maintenance was excellent and very friendly. When we put a request in, it was put into effect immediately. However, they raised rent on us drastically when it came time to re-nue. The management also told our neighbors to watch us when we walked out of our apartment and to spy and take photos of us when we would take our puppy out to see if we picked up after him or not. They got discount on their rent by doing so. That made us very, very uncomfortable, especially as being a disabled

This is coming from a non-resident. I went to a friends and parked in a parking space that was never labeled reserved. Mind you I have parked in this same spot many times before. I look out and my car is gone. They towed it because they said you have to have a permit but they have a sign near the parking space I was in that said "Resident and visitors parking only." I had to pay over $200 just to get my car back. If you need to visit someone or stay the night, be very careful where you park your car because they will just tow it and charge you a ridiculous amount of money for you to get
