I have lived at Promenade for almost a year residing in two different buildings: initially a three month lease in building five, then a nine month in building two--closest to the amenities. The apartments are the nicest in Rogers and resemble a palace to the community skyline and to anyone passing on New Hope road! The office staff were always friendly in any circumstance I had with them, even seeing them off hours or passing by, and this includes the maintenance staff as well. If I ever had an issue in my unit, which in all honesty was very rare, the maintenance crew was on top of it that day

I went to tour Promenade Apartments. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The apartment I saw was modern a style apartment. I tested the thermostat, checked around the door and windows for air leakage and etc. and it passed the test. It is a nice size for the price, one of the nicest, affordable apartments in Rogers. The Complex is also located by the Mall, which is perfect if you want to take a nice walk and burn some calories. It is in the perfect location and a safe area

The Promenade Apartments at Pinnacle Hills is a true home!! From my first tour with Lydia, I knew this place was different from the other apartments in the area. They really care about you as a resident. Quiet area and the balcony’s have great views! The pool is gorgeous and I LOVED the common areas (pool table, TV room, Conference room, etc). My 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and the kitchen was PERFECT. I cannot say enough good things about this place, if you’re considering the move - DO IT!

My experience at The Promenade Apartments have been wonderful. A highlight would be the staff, both maintenance and the lease staff in the office. They always take time out to help and they are great people. I have been to all the parties/mixers they have hosted and utilized the billiards room and on-site gym. The next best highlight is the pool. In the summer is is packed with people swimming and grilling food, and I have met wonderful people there. The location is great; I hop right on I-49 for work and have walked to Starbucks with my daughter many times, as well as riding out bikes to the mall
