A Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a graduate of both the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the University of Miami, Dr. Thomas D'Orazio has been providing family eye care services for over 12 years. Along with administering clinical services, he specializes in medical, surgical, and laser glaucoma therapies, as well as medical, laser, and injection retina therapies for patients with diabetes and macular degeneration.
Dr. Erin Anderson joined Crossroads Eye Care in 2018, where she provides comprehensive primary and medical Optometry services. She is a Licensed Optometrist who holds numerous honors for her clinical excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases, both adult and pediatric.
She has 10 years of experience, specifically in diabetic eyecare, glaucoma, refractive conditions, macular degeneration, anterior segment conditions, and post-surgical eyecare.She is also accomplished in complex contact lens fittings. Erin Anderson OD received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, PA.

Marilyn Curcio is the Practice Administrator at Crossroads Eye Care Associates. She has been with the practice since 2007 and has over 17 years experience in managing an ophthalmology practice. Her varied experience includes: billing, insurance and referrals, surgery scheduling, frame purchasing, patient testing, and management of all other aspects of a vision practice.
