VisionMakers was established in Kettering, OH in 1992 to provide families with an improved quality of eyecare and eyewear at a reasonable price. Our VisionMakers Pittsburgh location was opened in 2004 to service the Settler's Ridge area. VisionMakers is your one-stop eyecare and eyewear facility. VisionMakers has been serving patients for over 25 years in the Collier & Robinson Township area since 2004. Our VisionMakers Pittsburgh office utilizes our Dayton VisionOptics lab for making your eyeglasses.* This allows us to customize your glasses and make them to the exact prescription ordered by your optometrist, with the frame and lens features you select. Our lab works closely with the our offices to ensure that when our patients receive their glasses they are made according to the prescription and fit ordered.

This place is awesome! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! They were so kind and helpful. My brother is an optometrist, but I moved too far away to see him anymore. I looked around for a long time for someone to replace him before I decided on Dr. Jancaro and his staff. I'm definitely happy with my experience. They were all very knowledgeable through the whole process and answered my many questions very clearly--both Dr. Jancaro and his staff. They also helped me find the right glasses for my face. They have such a great selection of glasses even for those of us who have a thinner face.

My husband and I have been going here for many years, and I have recommended many! Always treated well and always satisfied with their service! The doctors have been great there and the current one is friendly, explains any issues in eye exam very well, and I have nothing but good to say about Visionmakers! Jessica has been there a long time and is so personable (as well as all the other front office staff) and is always there to accommodate! They have an excellent warranty/exchange policy which we have had to use. I give them an A++++ Excellent rating!

I am so thankful that I took my son to Visionmakers to get fitted for contacts. Visionmakers class for contacts is a must have! Jess was so patient with him. He has anxiety and I wasn't sure if he would be able to do it on his own. Jess was amazing! The eye doctor and staff were very kind and professional.

I first received care from Visionmakers Pittsburgh a few days after they first opened their doors here, in early 2000 something. The fact that I still receive care yearly and sometimes more, is a testament to their high quality of professionalism, staff attitude, patient care and product. I have no other affiliation with any professional group in this area with whom I have remained with entirely because of their high quality of care and attitude. This AMY person is a idiot. I ordered contacts for the second time and now she tells me I have to pay for tracking my contacts threw the mail. So I ask her to confirm my address. I ask her this two times and guess what yeah you guessed this idiot sends it to my old address with no remorse now I wait for her to reorder and can’t get clear answer from this idiot I WILL NEVER USE VISION MAKERS AGAIN

My husband wanted to change to Visionmakers and I was extremely hesitant leaving my current optometrist of 15 years. I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone is professional and thorough. We've been going there for 3 years now and I never thought twice about looking back. I can't say enough good things about this practice. This is probably the second review I've ever written. It's not something I do often, but they deserve praise. They are fantastic and I recommend them highly.
