Work completed per contract with a price that CANNOT be beat. They were pleasant and friendly. I recommend them with 1 reservation. They spilled the black epoxy for the carbon straps on the finished floor in the room with the crack. Not a great floor but still didn’t need black epoxy spilled on it. I wish they would laid down a tarp or drop cloth.

After the recent heavy storms I had Aimee after on my basement floor which came from two foundation cracks. Tim was the only company to call me back, and he came out right away. The quote to fix was very fair, and he even helped me move some heavy items so he could access the areas. He also replaced both of my sump pumps with better pumps than I I had before ( much more quiet!). Very customer focused. Highly recommend.

Tim from EcoDry came in and gave us a great bid. Walked us through each step of the way as if we were in town. He provided videos, pictures and was in constant contact with us everyday. They kept everything clean and our tenants were happy with no complaints! He gave us the confidence and definitely 1000% reliable! Their work quality is phenomenal!

The owner Tim came out and was very knowledgeable of what we needed and gave us a quote on only what we needed to fix our problem. He wasn’t trying to over sell or give us something we didn’t need. We chose them to do the work and was given a date for the work. Sump pump, drain tile and encapsulation was done at an awesome and fair price and came out amazing, not to mention the crew that came out was beyond professional and polite and really wanted to leave a good impression and leave behind a good product. Not only a good company and owner to do business with but a great, hard working bunch

The worst customer service error when a mistake is made is saying nothing...and that's exactly what they did.
Recently, I spoke to the owner, Tim, to set up an appointment for an estimate. We determined a date a few days away and he told me he'd be there between 9-10 AM and would call if he was going to be more than 15 minutes late.

After record setting rains in May 2019, my basement had 4-5 inches of water that I could not pump out. I contacted EcoDry and Tim responded within hours of my phone call .EcoDry had a crew on site within a couple of days. In spite of all of the problems encountered Tim's attitude was that we can resolve this problem. I would highly recommend EcoDry, the crew was very experienced and professional in completing this repair.

Great company. Very knowledgeable! Had two other companies come out. The two other companies where higher$$$$. Also I had to pay the other companies for maintenance once a year for a warranty. Ecodry provided me with a lifetime warranty with no yearly maintenance fees. And a five year warranty on the pump. Left my basement cleaner then when they came. All the employees are very professional and polite.

I have had leaking in my basement for 5 years and it progressively got worse. I also have a wall that is bowing in. The reason I waited 5 years is because Perma Seal and US Waterproofing were outrageous and their customer service wasn't the best. I found Tim and EcoDry on Facebook and gave him a call. Within 3 days he was at my house for an estimate. It was right after a huge storm that flooded my basement and Tim was busy but found the time to come do the estimate. The estimate was short, sweet and to the point and that's what I like. Not only was Tim's customer service outstanding, but his prices
