Chronic pain can impact every moment of life. The physicians and staff of The PainCare Center understand this. We listen to our patients very carefully. We want to find the source of the pain and treat it with gentle, comprehensive care. Medication can sometimes improve the quality of life for someone suffering from chronic pain, but medication alone may not treat the actual cause of the pain.
Our minimally invasive procedures do just that, treat the actual cause, and require very short recovery times. With some treatments, patients are relieved of pain within just a few days. And with physical therapy, patients can often return to their level of pre-injury activities.

Seek alternative healthcare. The staff and practice manager are extremely rude. Today I witnessed a staff member scream at a young mother for asking for directions while carrying her young baby. I will no longer be seeking care at this office and if you are hoping for respect and genuine care, I would suggestion you also find a new office. I'm appalled at how nasty the staff member was and will be telling my office not to refer to this practice ever again

the manager at this office is a completely horrible person who should never manage a doctors office. it was an honest mistake and i did not see the sign that said to not come in if i wasn't a patient but i was looking for another office because my son had an appointment and when i walked in she literally yelled "YOU CANNOT BE IN HERE!!!!!!!!" i said "i'm sorry i'm just looking for the nationwide office" and she said "I DONT CARE DID YOU NOT SEE THE SIGNS ON THE DOOR YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW!!!!!!!!!!" actually SCREAMING at me. i was wearing my mask

Dr. Andrews and his staff are wonderful. From my initial conversations on the phone, every part of my experience with Dr. Andrews office put me at ease. Dr. Andrews answered all of my questions and my treatment plan was explained to me in detail. His is office is very beautiful, and the procedures he uses to help my back pain really do make my life better.
