Bone Dry Waterproofing installed a French drain and sump pump in our 100+ year old home. They were extremely professional, from the consultation with Bruce to the installation. After speaking with Bruce, we had all the confidence going into this project after he showed many examples of the job and explained in detail the steps that they would take.

A few years ago my crawl space flooded a few inches of water. The Bone Dry team was very quick to come and give us a quote to install a drain system, sump pump and mold clean up. We went with Bone Dry upon the quote and they started within the week. This system has been operational for a few years now.
After a few years we decided we wanted a battery backup for our sump pump. We contacted Bone Dry and got a quote immediately as well as within a week had the back up installed with clear instructions on how to use and troubleshoot if needed.
I would absolutely recommend Bone Dry to anyone who needs

Our basement used to flood every time it rained due to a poorly placed sump pump and the slope of our property. They gave us a French drain and relocated sump pump and it has been dry every since. They cleaned up all of their debris from the work and were fast and professional. I love this company!

Bruce from Bone Dry is absolutely incredible. He is not only an expert in basement waterproofing, but he truly genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. We feel truly lucky to know him. He has checked up on us and advised us through some serious storms.
We bought a house two months ago that had a french drain system he had installed 38 years ago for the builder. He upgraded our sump pump well to the newest standards and put in a battery back up. Then we had massive 100 year storms, which highlighted we had some serious land grading issues on the side of the house, and water

The work performed was excellent, the men were very thorough and cleaned up any debris. The procedure was explained to me and I was shown the work as it progressed. The work was completed in one day and they checked with me on two occasions to be sure everything was done and there were no problems. I highly recommend this company and has given their name to several of my friends who might need this work done in the future.

Bruce was on time, professional, and very helpful. We got 4 different estimates and opinions before completing our basement waterproofing. Bruce did a thorough walk through evaluation of our basement and determined we could get the same waterproofing results with half the work and half the price of our other estimates. Our basement has had no water issues since he completed his work last year. Highly recommend Bone Dry Waterproofing.

We were having groundwater seep through the basement floor slab in early 2020 and early 2021 (probably from combination of snow melt and heavy rainfall). Bruce has helped us battle this issue with progressive recommendations so we can be prudent with our repairs. Bruce has always been honest and comes highly referred from neighbors. We value his opinion and pragmatic approach. We're loving our new vertical float sump pumps as they're much quieter and have lowered the height of water in the sump well another 4 to 5 inches.
