When the basement to my 'new' old house was flooding I didn't know what to do. Most places I called just suggested putting in a second sump pump and/or an additional dehumidifier. Premier took the time to explain what was happening. They put together several treatment options and provided the pros/cons with each. We ended up selecting one of their solutions and couldn't be happier. They put in a proper drainage system, vapor barrier, and first rate sump pump system.

I had a water issue in my basement in a foundation wall and they called me back ASAP and schedule me for the very next day! Brad was amazing and it took about 2hrs to repair and we got a life time warranty! Yes you heard me lifetime warranty. Amazing !!!

Rating someone is something I usually avoid. But, this company so exceeded my expectations. Not only was the cost reasonable but the whole job was done with high quality. I'm a do-it-yourself guy who can be pretty critical of others I hire. The basement waterproofing and clean up was professional. The exterior cement patio work was completed and done well. There was a unexpected plumbing problem that revealed itself with my soil pipe needing replacement from the deteriorated cast iron that extended from inside to outside. I suspected that the over 90 year old pipe could show itself to be defective

We had a sump pump put in our finished basement. From beginning to end this company was super professional and easy to deal with. I felt that the estimator was honest about different options for our particular problem. We were able to schedule the work quickly and the workers who dug the trench and installed the pump were efficient and polite. Most importantly, they cleaned up prior to leaving and left NO TRACE that they were even there! I highly recommend using this company for your water proofing needs.

We have a 100+ year old house in Pennington, NJ. As you can guess, the basement was wet and awful. We called 2 waterproofing companies, and felt like we needed a shower after they left because they were so slimy. Then we called Sam at Premier Waterproofing. He was so friendly and helpful.
