We selected Laney to stage our home for its recent sale. We chose her because we were living in the home and she worked with us to accommodate our related needs while the other staging company we met was not at all flexible. It turned out very well. She made our home look both beautiful and functional with her selection of staging furniture and decorations. Wish we could give more than five stars to Laney, she is superb. We worked with her to stage our home for listing, and we are so happy with the results. Laney of East Bay Staging came to my wife's place this morning and created a beautiful home out of an average-looking 2 bedroom condo. She capitalized on the views, creatively arranged (and rented) furniture to enhance and maximize interior spaces, and chose colors that cohesively brought everything together for that "move-in" condition. She transforms a plain room into a tangible living space in a way that is functional and aesthetically pleasing. I have had the pleasure of watching her work on more than one occasion and I always walk away impressed. I think her talent as an artist with her creative paintings and glass work compliments her eye as a designer. I love having her art work in my home. We knew our home with a generous two family rooms but a only a combo living-dining room wasn't going to look sensible to ANYbody if we tried to sell it empty, so we looked around and settled on East Bay Staging. What a good choice! We recently moved to a new house and because I saw that the housing market was strengthening I bought the new home before selling the old. As soon as we got the new home we began carting our stuff over and eventually the old home was just an empty shell. "Laney was very good at staging and organizing my office space. She was very good at her work from the time she saw my disorganized & chaotic office space to the finish of the project. She is very punctual, hard working and had steps for what she planned to accomplish every day. She was fun to work with and this made the work a lot more fun.
