I am very pleased so far with my experience with Dr. Gertzman and her staff. Even though today was only my first visit for tattoo removal and I can not comment on overall results yet, everything else about my experience is 5 stars.
Dr. Gertzman is very professional and thoroughly explained the complete process during my visit and aftercare. Her receptionist is very friendly and professional as well.

I was SO nervous to even start with the tattoo removal process on my wrist, but Dr.Gertzman made me feel so very comfortable by giving me a lot of information about the procedure and the steps up front. She was SO transparent and honest about everything, and gave me a few different options. I decided to get started right away, and she made my experience so much more comfortable and better than I could have imagined/was expecting. I couldn't recommend her enough and I'm excited to try out some of her other services once my tattoo removal is completed!

Dr. Gertzman and the Assistant I had, are both very professional and friendly!They both also communicate very well with me.
For my non-invasive procedure, I have had ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos to see the progress made on my face. I was happy to see the visual improvement, which Dr. Gertzman went over with me. I am grateful!
