TBW is the only facility in the state that features instruction and coaching from all former professional players and coaches. Many of our instructors are still involved at the Major League level in scouting, player development or player representation. We have over 200 years of experience in the professional ranks.
We pride ourselves in player development, keeping players healthy and teaching them to play the game the right way. If you are interested in the best instruction and coaching in the area for your son, having him practice and play in top notch facilities year round, having fun while developing his overall baseball skills, then you should bring him over to the TBW Badgers.

We were searching for a local pitching coach and found Matt Morris last fall. My son worked with Matt all winter. The initial sessions were spent correcting his form. Matt's primary focus is to teach the basic fundamentals of form and to minimize the future risk of arm injury. My son picked up 5 mph as a result of this work. Matt also recommended MedStar. My son worked with Coach Carr 3 days a week. He methodically picked up 15 pounds of muscle through a combination of cardio work and weight training. I highly recommend Matt and Ryan.

Despite living an hour away from the Baseball Warehouse facility, our 11 year old son enjoyed his batting, pitching, and catching lessons with Matt and staff enough that we will absolutely be looking to sign up for more this offseason. Matt worked very hard to correct bad habits and improve form in all of his mechanics and we can already see improvement in his application. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a son who loves playing baseball.

Within the first 2 minutes of my son's first lesson at The Baseball Warehouse, Coach Matt immmediately spotted mechanical flaws that had factored into my son losing his stroke over the last couple of games. I came away very impressed and realized quickly this was a no nonsense, professional teaching environment that will no doubt improve a players baseball IQ and overall skill level. Thanks Matt to you, your staff and tremendous facilities!

My son lives at the facility, oftentimes he will head there before attending class and practice, then on his way home he will stop by again and workout even more. The Baseball Warehouse provides an environment that is conducent to people like my son who relentlessly pursue something they love. He is surrounded by pros who are not bogged down in the… politics you see on your run of the mill high school baseball team or travel team. The staff is full of pros, actual pros. Guys that have been General Managers of teams, Coaches, Players, etc. This isn't a high school gym teacher's baseball program

Matt and his team are very positive, motivating coaches. They earn the boys’ respect. I also appreciate that they respect and care for the boys physically. They work with MedStar trainers to assess how the boys use their bodies and what changes they can make to avoid injuries. They also respect injuries and allow the boys to fully heal without… guilt. They recognize the boys need their bodies to work for years to come, on and off the field. My son is not thinking about college seriously yet, but I know he will be guided wisely if he decides he wants to play in college.
