Family First Martial Arts is amazing! We have been there just a month, but we love it! The scheduling couldn't be any easier, and there are plenty of classes to choose from during the week. But the staff is really what is amazing. They truly care about our son and are extremely knowledgable regarding all the martial arts. We really appreciate the time and care they take in each class.

We originally joined FFMA in Franklin. We were so glad FFMA had a branch in Spring Hill as well! It's smaller facility compared to Franklin.
Our transition went smooth and Sensei Susan personally took care that my kid goes to next class level while still completing the belt promotions pending in previous level. Very happy with the staff and kid's progress.
It would be great if they add evening (after 5:30 pm) classes on more weekdays than M-W so as to make up for any missed class.

My 7 year old loves coming to Family First every week! He is learning important skills like self control, confidence & focus all while getting physical activity. Every single Sensei is attentive & encouraging. I highly recommend Sensei Susan & her staff!

Words cannot express the gratitude that my husband and I have for all of the staff at Family First. Corbin is 4, so he doesn’t always pay attention like he should and sometimes gets distracted. Sensei Susan and her staff have been incredible, from our first interaction, and throughout every class. New to the area, we struggled to find an activity for our 4-year old son. Family First has been an amazing outlet for him and all of his energy! The staff is so friendly, and they maintain a high standard of focus and integrity, but also are great with the fun factor for these young kids. Great communication and organization as well. We are so happy that we found this amazing facility and karate home!

Great classes. The girls love coming and their form and execution are getting better every week. Great workout! Their kicks and punches are impressive. They are closing in on their 1st Black Belt!
