Been a patient here for many years. Enjoyed Dr. Crump and Micah over the years. The office staff on the other hand is a complete mess. They do a terrible job with prescriptions and appointments. This has steadily gotten worse over the years. Love the doctors but the staff makes it a painful experience at best. Had the unpleasant experience of going of my medication all at once over the holidays because they cancelled my appointment and couldn't even call in medication until they could get me rescheduled.

Doctor Crump has treated me and my family for over a decade now. I truly feel that Doctor Crump is more than a friend, he is a guardian. He is continually updating his education and strives to surround himself with best staff possible. Doctor Crump is a great listener and very understanding. There have been times when he has called me night to see how I was. DR CRUMP IS A CLASS ACT and our community should know it.

I am a father of 7 children. You can imagine that I make many visits to the doctor as a result. The staff at Lakeview have been terrific and Dr. Crump is talented, kind, and experienced. I recommend this practice if you are looking for minimal wait times, friendly service and positive medical results. Give them a call if you are new in town and looking for a great family practice.

Dr. Crump has been my primary care physician for several years. He listens to my concerns, genuinely cares for my well-being, and always makes sure I feel heard, and well cared for. Prior to meeting Dr. Crump, I tried several different doctors who refused to listen to me, or even treat the issues I knew I had. I've been coming here for a few years and every experience with Dr. Crump has been great. He takes the time to answer all my questions and listens when I explain how certain treatments have affected me, positively and negatively. I feel comfortable being honest with him, knowing that my concerns will be addressed and changes to my treatment plan will be made if needed.
I believe I've also had a couple of appointments with Janice and my experiences with her made me feel uncomfortable and almost ashamed..? I don't know if she intended to make me feel that way, or if our communication was just off

Told him I felt kind of depressed and felt like his response was not caring or compassionate. then he proscribed me what my mom used to take for depression before really seeing if it's what I needed. Gave me the max dose for that pill and told me I might feel weird because it's new but don't stop taking it. I understand that pills might make me feel weird. Who likes being called fat by their doctor and talked down to by the staff. They admitted to several billing issues but still managed to find a way to bill us for services from three years ago that they just uncovered, AND found a way to make it our fault. When I got frustrated and told the lady I was going to write a bad review, she said she was ending the call because I was threatening her.

The moment doctor Crump walked in I felt comfort in his presence and in his smile. I don't typically enjoy having to visit the doctor or dentists office. Much like every other human, so it's an experience when you have to change your pcp.
He is a professional in every sense of the word, and very easy going. Doctor Crump took the time to ask me about my upbringing, home life, aspirations, reason for my visit, etcetera. He isn't concerned with the amount of patients waiting. His main focus is to know his patients personally and to treat them to the best of his ability.
