Premier Family Medical is a physician group which has been serving Utah for four generations. They are a group of Family Primary Care Physicians, dermatology, orthopedics, psychiatry and ancillary care providers. Locations are available in Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Lindon, Mountain Point Medical Center, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and Vineyard, Utah.
All of our Primary Care Physicians have graduated from medical school and have completed a minimum of three years specializing in the science of Primary Care Medicine. All are Board Certified in Family Medicine, which indicates that they completed an approved residency program in that specialty and have passed all of their board exams.

I've had the worst experiences here time and time again. Don't know why I kept trying. Last two visits:
1. Dr. sent me someone else's prescription during my appt. (Because he was look at their chart while treating me and not my chart). Then he told me that patient's name. Ummm... Oops! 😬 (Major violation).
2. A different Dr. didn't leave follow up care notes (that he specifically said he would upon my asking about follow up). So now I have to pay another appt fee to find out what my follow up care is because they forgot and can't give out info on the phone.

Always happy with the care I get at Premier. Dr. Marshall Willis has been my Dr. Ever since Dr Guy Richards retire. He delivered my babies and has delivered my babies, babies. We trust him, and always feel very well taken care of. He has given out his cell number in certain cases if I had any issues after a procedure. Also recommend his son Dr. Kent Willis. Very good Dr. Also.

Dr. Hoggard, the "doctor" that insinuates that if you haven't gotten the covid "vaccine" that it must be because of political reasons. Last I checked, the "vaccine" literally doesn't work, 1 out of 1000 people get adverse effects from it, and it's pushed by big pharma to make money because you have a greater chance of dying from drowning, being struck by lightening, or dying in a car accident than dying from covid. And just last week a naval ship and cruise ship with 100% vaccination had covid outbreaks. And to top it all off, a study came out this week proving that the vaccine is effecting menstrual

I have been going to this clinic for almost 20 years now. I have seen several physicians during that time. I currently see Dr. Mark Hafen.
He has been a great doctor and his staff is the best! His receptionist Cassidy is the absolute best, she always follows through with anything I need and is always so helpful! She always returns phone calls and communicates so well between patients and doctor. She is a huge reason I continue to choose Dr. Hafen!

Premier Family Medical in Pleasant Grove has been my family's primary care clinic for over 13 years. Occasionally we have to wait a bit after our appointment time to be seen, but it's worth the wait for the care we get. Dr. Doyle is our favorite because he is so competent and personable, but we've never had a bad experience there with any of the doctors. Highly recommend.

Really knowledgeable doctors! That about sums it up……unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the receptionists and the nurses. I will not be returning to this facility even if my life depended on it. Where do I start? The customer service is poor. They seem to not have a follow-up protocol in this establishment. I had to personally call to ask for my results because the nurse who helped me in person didn’t give clear instructions of what happens after my blood work was complete before I left the clinic. Instead, they just dismissed me and let me go unclear of whether the results would be
